Hall was playing the ball, if he had stayed with his man, Bradford runs for a TD. He went for Bradford and left his guy open. If you see the replay, Moore was behind him and could have covered the Rams guy that was left open.

Carter was frozen on that play as well (TD) he didnt' go after Bradford or cover anyone.
