Maybe we should pass up on a elite WR and draft for need at the #2 pick. ;)

Just when I was ready to jump on the Tebow bandwagon, they lay an egg against the Pats. I just hope they don't get the #1 seed, come ooooon Baltimore!

Also, big ups to the Colts and Chiefs this week.[/quote]Stafford had the fumble that put the Lions down 2 TDs, and he was outplayed today by Carson Palmer. Not that you saw the game.

A couple of big throws he made put the Lions in position to win the game, and that last touchdown pass was a perfect ball. I thought he struggled in the second half of this game though.

Calvin Johnson though was either uncoverable, or the Raiders opted to not cover him. I said before that Stafford would need to play better to get the Lions into the playoffs, and this is a little bit better than he had been playing.

Give credit to Suh, who got the hand up to block the FG that would have made Stafford's efforts a waste.

Yeah, their D really let them down today. Allowing 41 points at home in a game where the stakes are high isn't good enough. That one wasn't really on Tebow. He did have a costly fumble, but he still had nearly 300 yards of offense and two TDs.

He probably got too much credit during the 7 game winning streak, but he shouldn't get too much blame for today.

That Johnny Knox injury is one of the scariest things I've ever seen on a football field, up there with Theismann's broken leg. This is definitely not for the squeamish:

The ravens laying an egg is a fitting end to this day of upsets. And yeah that Johnny Knox injury is gruesome. I wish him all the luck in his recovery.

heres another video from the weekend, a golf cart got loose after a high school football game saturday down in cowboy's stadium. apparently no one was seriously injured, i'm surprised cause the cart hit them with a full head of steam. when the video gets to 30 seconds it shows the carts complete path, crazy.

I've always thought its just a matter of time until a player gets their back snapped in half. This was very close and he is lucky to be moving after that hit.

If there's one team that needs a new stadium badly it's the 49ers. That stadium is so old, they plan on building the new one in Santa Clara which is closer to San Jose. In my opinion, they should blow up Candlestick and build a new one in that location.

If they build it in Santa Clara they'll keep playing at the stick, if Candlestick is blown up, they could play at Stanford or AT&T park like Cal did this year.
