Re: Around the NFL Week 11
Sorry to go off topic. I just hope that the regents vote against Maryland Joining the Big 10. This is as bad as making a suggestion to move the Redskins out of the NFC East. Wallace Loh is douchebag scumbag, **** him!!!

Re: Around the NFL Week 11
60 years in the ACC...should be worth something?
Guess not........ |

Al never would have done what his son just did:

Leftwich burns timeouts like Jason Campbell did back with us.

Re: Around the NFL Week 11
Yay. Had Schaub start but was playing someone with Andre Johnson. Wtf.
|
Joe flacco is so far from elite, idk how anyone would think he's great

Would not blame an ACC school for leaving for either conference.
So if Maryland leaves, which Big East school does the ACC pick up next? lol. |

Discuss it in the NCAA thread or start a new one in "other sports"

Re: Around the NFL Week 11
Flacco stinks...............

Re: Around the NFL Week 11
Watching Pitts clock management and play at the end of the game makes me feel pretty good about ours.....

Re: Around the NFL Week 11
Baltimore would be foolish to give Flacco a huge contract. He's definitely like riding a roller coaster. One game he's up....the next he's down. No way that the Ravens shouldn't have steamrolled the Steelers without Big Ben. They didn't do jack squat. Zilch. In large part due to the shitty play of Flacco.
|
No way you give that guy a huge contract. No way. He is only up when Rice is running well and opening up the passing game. Dude has weapons all around him - good tight end. Torrey smith - boldin. Good oline. He opened his big mouth about being paid like a to five qb and he aint even a top 15 rite now.

Fact is, he is the best FA QB on the market. He had one bad game, most of the season he's been consistent and good. You put a QB like him on the FA market and he makes more money than Roethlisberger. Someone out there will over pay for a 'franchise' QB. Flacco, if he hit the market, would be the best QB to hit FA since Brees (forgot about manning, but he was cut and health was his concern.) He'll be a Raven next year, book it. |
Flacco lover. :)
Haha, I wouldn't say I'm a Lover, I'm a supporter. Thing of it is, Flacco is in that class with: Schaub, Ryan,(maybe not this year, but for most of there careers) Dalton, Romo, Bradford, Stafford, Maybe Cutler and Luck Those are solid QBs, guys that are slightly above game managers (maybe not Dalton). These are guys that are capable of winning you playoff games (let Romo jokes ensue) but will also do something during a game they are just not accustomed to doing (again let the Romo jokes ensue). Oh and yes, RG3 right now, as a rookie, is better than all those guys in my opinion (maybe not Ryan) |

He was atrocious the first couple of years. I used to like Flacco. Had that whole over achiever thing going on coming out of Delaware. Not sure when that all changed for me but I literally cannot stand the guy now. Lol. Rite now Flacco is the 14th rated qb in the league. I know stats can be misleading sometimes, but i personlly think he falls rite around number 14 or 15 in the league. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 11
RG3 is something special I tell you that, having Meriweather back is great having an actual athlete back there is a big difference hopefully he can be back 100% by thursday for cowboys that is going to be a BIG game

So Gronk breaks his forearm towards the end of the Pats-Colts game when Darth Hoody was running up the score.

That's some bad luck right there. |

I still think BB is allowed to do anything he damn pleases. |

I have Matt Ryan. He too is very inconsistent (last week 35 points this week 4) |

Flacco is as good as he is ever going to be IMO. He is not awful but not great either. Imagine Bob with the weapons Flacco has. |

Personally I think our weapons are better (including Fred Davis that is) |
Re: Around the NFL Week 11
imagine boldin at te instead of niles paul

Re: Around the NFL Week 11
I would take the Ravens' wideouts over our wideouts in a heartbeat.

second that. Robinson, Hankerson, Briscoe are #5 guys on most teams |
Personally I think our weapons are better (including Fred Davis that is)
Not ready to put Almo in Ray Rices class just yet. Their wr's are better. Their line is probably better too. Tightend is us with Davis healthy. Garcon would have to be totally healthy for me to even consider saying we have better weapons. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 11
This is pretty harsh, any chance his one week can be the week we play them!!!
Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter Ed Reed has been suspended without pay for one game for violations of rule prohibiting hits to the head and neck area of defenseless players |
Re: Around the NFL Week 11
How about that dink and dunk offense of the 49ers? Like I said they plan the offense to the strength of the QB. Tonight will be wide open.
