Incognito was on the team's leadership council.
This was my knee jerk response and especially with the fact Martin left the team I thought it was something else. My thought was it cant be that bad that a proffesional would just walk out on his team.

My thought now is: Where were the leaders of this team? Where was the players putting Incogasshole in his place?

And the biggest question, When did the coaching staff know and why didnt they do anything? Martin said he went to them mulitple times. Somebody has to be held accountable.
Well, Incognito is one of the leaders of the team, as voted by his teammates.

lol seriously... if staring down 0-16 is the worst of Jacksonville's problems they're not doing too bad. Sad.

Hope the douche bag never plays a down again. Sad some people were bashing Martin on being too sensitive and "needed to suck it up" and now this comes out.

I listened to Tony Kornheiser for about 5 minutes this morning, anybody else hear it? He said if Incognito gets cut the skins need to sign him, that we need players like that, and I'm pretty sure he was serious!
He also said how can a guy who's 6'6 and 350 be inimidated and bullyed,is that the kind of guy you want on your team? He was insinuating Jonathan Martin was too soft

Don't get me started on Tony Kornheiser and bullying...just don't....I'll just say from afar I've seen someone who can be unneccesarily intimidating and demeaning to others.

That said, he can't be serious about this! Can he?

Bucs yes. Jax - no way. I still say its the worst football team ever. I think Tampa would beat them by 20.

He had to be serious because he was reluctant to bring it up,said he was afraid to say it on tv and the other guy who he talks with said "but its ok on radio?"

Sure, Romo did it so it's just having fun.

If one of our players did it, it would be cheating.

I know he hasn't been able to fit into a few teams' systems in a row now...but I say sign him ASAP. We could use another body, especially if Wilson misses any time.

Who knows, maybe something good will happen.

If he's cheap, put him at FS, and play BM at Strong Safety.

I say sign Namdi if he is cheap enough and if we can get him off waivers. He could improve depth.

Adam Schefter seems pretty fired up and emotional in this segment about Incognito. I suppose it's redemption after that douche bag tried to call him out on Twitter about false reports.

I'm with him on this. Philbin and management had to know this crap was going on. They shouldn't be getting off the hook on this either.

People just hear a known name and want to sign him. It was very apparent he was done in Philly.

The Monday night espn crew are killing incognito and the dolphins organization. A lot of good points, one sticks with me that Jeff Ireland is responsible for bringing in a guy like that and then sticking him on the leadership council

What? Lol..

Why bring in someone who is clearly on his his way out the NFL? Over someone like Rambo who is starting to blossom every week?

Not to mention hes a Cornerback...

No thanks Vinny
