Griff looked good minus one poor decision and a bad slide. Our d looked solid. D jax and roberts had a big play each. Kerrigan was a beast and our secondary looked better than it has in years.

Completely. But I saw some solid play from a team with a new hc in week two of the pre season none the less. If we had gained two more inches on third n goal people would be alot happier and optimistic like myself rite now. Two inches.

Gotta let him play, and needs to mitigate the hits better is an oxymoron.

He has to wake up and realize that if he wants to learn this game and have longevity in this league he needs to adjust his game. He is still too quick to make the run. The fact that he felt the need to run at all in this game is very concerning to me. He needs play smarter plain and simple.

One thing we have to remember is that Cleveland has the #8 pass defense and is REALLY good defensively. They also have one of the best offensive lines and football and our defense played really well.

Lots of good things, lots of bad. The biggest "bad" is this penalty crap. Awful.

The penalties are a disaster. It seriously makes the game borderline unwatchable

RG3 will become an elite Qb when he learns you cant win every play. Sometimes you just need to spike it at a guys feet and move on to the next play. Don't always need to try and make nothing out of something. Wish next week was on Tv here.

Yup. It's GOT to be so hugely unpopular they'll change it before the season starts. For something I love so much, if it was like this all the time, it would HUGELY affect my desire to watch.

One the Browns take out more of their first string defensive guys (I think a few are still in there) we'll start to move the ball. Their defensive line can eat up our second string.

Exactly. They have a really good D and we moved the ball.
Our D played real well.
Why is everybody so dejected? Starters play this whole game and we win no doubt.

Never was a huge fan of Helu. Great out of the back field, but goes down like a ton of bricks. I remember that one time he jumped that guy, but beyond that I never see him break tackles.

RG3 looked solid against a good Browns defense. One bad interception and need to get down. I don't think he has problems sliding. I think he has issues with waiting to long to slide. He waits till the last moment. ...

I started to think after posting that that someone could take it as playing for the Redskins but benefiting the Browns. But no, he followed Shanny Jr. to Cleveland.

Got paid for two years here with the Redskins to do nothing but help RG3 and Cousins learn the offense, and will probably be used the same in Cleveland to help Hoyer and Manziel. He keeps getting paid about a mil per year to be an assistant QB Coach. Not a bad gig tbh.

Chester and Polumbus looked terrible tonight. RG3's INT happened partly because the right side of the line collapse.
