I hadn't even heard of him when we picked him so I was indifferent. But yes, great pick. Him and McLaurin are a bonafide NFL pairing. One of the better combos in the league. |

Well shit he might be,In the first quarter Aikman was talking about check down Charlie Alex Smith throwing everything short, in the third-quarter he had 79 yards passing! That is ridiculous for a NFL starting quarterback |
Re: Eff The Cowboys Thanksgiving Game Day Thread
The fact that Skip Bayliss is upset makes this even better. I can't stand that guy.

The main thing like I mentioned 2 weeks ago, RUNNING THE FUCKING BALL. Finally Turner wised up. |

Jdr aggressive today... Turner has the o playing well
This is what I envisioned at the beginning of the season when I predicted playoffs and everyone laughed. This are some changes I would like to see moving forward: Bench Apke, start Reaves. Reaves was a playmaker last year and had a great game today. Bench Darby and start Moreau or Moreland instead Activate AGG let's add another weapon and see what he has. Keep running the ball and include Barber more like today, he made many key 1st downs. |
Re: Eff The Cowboys Thanksgiving Game Day Thread
In all fairness to Dallas it must have been tough for them to play knowing that their trainer dropped dead and died. That was awful.

They've had a tough year for sure and a shit ton of injuries but when that happened to us, nobody ave a damn. Same when Smith snapped his leg |

Darby sucks too, Danny Johnson is not bad, I would rather see Moreland and as for AGG, I know Sims has proven himself and should featured more, the more weapons the better. |

After the Giants fire him he might be back there. Look for the Cowboys to go after Matt Eberflus their old coach in the off season. |
Re: Eff The Cowboys Thanksgiving Game Day Thread
They won't fire MM after 1 year and that same year they lost Dak.. He needs another shot

I don't know about that. McCarthy has made questionable calls all season, Jerry will fire his fat ass. I really think he wants Eberflus. |

Yes. Keep letting him drive the Cowboys into the ground. There are still plenty of other fruits to be sledgehammered. |

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Whats weird is that in both cases he was in position, panicked and no longer was in good position. The TD he slowed down drastically to turn his head for some reason and then it was over. |

I disagree. Just because he only had 149 yards passing doesn't mean he "barely had anything to do with this win." He's the leader of that offense, he's the one reading the defense, changing in and out of plays, getting the ball to the playmakers. He's never been a guy to throw for 300+ yards a game. He will, on occasion, but I think his career average is probably under 250 yds/game. Smith had a big part in this win. He doesn't need a pass. Beyond that, it was a true team win. They played complementary football for maybe the third time all year. But it's the third time in four weeks, which is very encouraging. |

Re: Eff The Cowboys Thanksgiving Game Day Thread
F Aikman, he was more biased Thursday than I remember him being in the past. There's open receivers that don't get the ball in every football game, every week.
If they can score 34 points with "check downs", and a good running game, and win the time of possession, I'm on board with that all day, every day. |
