I definitely feel less stabby about the Giants over the other two. I literally want to throw up whenever the Cowboys or the Eagles do well.

I like to think I get it - losing our games this year might help us long term in a matter of ways, but I can't condone rooting for the squad we face the next day. If we lose no biggie, but don't actively root for this team to be terrible when they manage to do that so well on their own.

Jeffery Lurie is the antithesis of Dan Snyder since he bought them in 1994 they have made the playoffs 16 times, won the division 9 times, NFC champs twice and won the super bowl. That is a solid 28 year resume.

Only for football though. IIRC he ran the Marlins into the ground.

So he's kinda like Leonsis - the Caps have been in solid contention since Ovi hooked up with Boudreau in 2007. But the Wizards? Terrible.

Maybe the Cowpukes but the Giants won't implode because they are what you see. Giants aren't making the playoffs and honest Giant fans will be happy with 8 wins , since they're at 4-1 that means there will be some loss's coming up. It's just been nice not to have the season over for us by mid September and not having a Top ten pick in the draft.
