If they had just called time out on 4th down Atlanta would have had to punt giving about 80 secs for a drive (and a more careful pace -ie less chance of int.). I just don't get how Rivera is such a moron when it comes to managing time. He's had this problem for years and still doesn't seem to be able grasp situational time management.

Love Heinicke but his arm strength is the issue with most of his picks. Gunslinger mentality and play but not the arm to support it. Wonder how much longer Rivera rolls with him. Honestly think it's till were outta playoff contention or close to.
