Kurt was brought to Minnesota to get them over the hump almost five years ago, and he has not had that effect. Is it all his fault? No, unless you expect your highly paid franchise QB to overcome your team's shortcomings, make everyone around him better, put the team on his back (all those sayings people love to use).

Hey, he had a good game, his stats look great. But that's Kurt. That's always been Kurt. His team is still watching the rest of the post season, and his supporters are left to making excuses for him.

Yeah, I believe a 50/50 ball to JJ would have been better than the check down to the TE. That's not why they lost the game, but it was a dumb decision anyway.

Do I think he is worth the money? No. But there are so many players that aren’t. Good for him he cashed out. I do not hold it against him.

The other knock is he isn’t clutch but he led the league in game winning drives. 8 of them to be exact.

All I know is if we had signed him we would have been way better off. You can take Wentz’s money right off the top and we would have extra picks right now.

Dude has played his entire career on two teams. One the Redskins where nobody is leading anyone to the promised land. The other Minny, where again nobody is leading anyone to the promised land.

Let’s go Bucs. I can’t listen to another week about Dallas. It’s bad enough that I gotta hear Giants fans acting like they shocked the world. Does Minnesota ever do anything in the playoffs when they win 11,12,13 games? Ever? With or without Kirk? I just need the rest of the division to be done before I can enjoy anything.

Monday night football during playoffs is so dumb. Clearly a money grab and not about quality football gotta think 3 games on Saturday would produce much divisional match ups than the current 3 day set up

I feel like he was so mediocre this year but he threw for 4,700 yards 25 touchdowns 9 interceptions and was only sacked 22 times. They have good weapons. Why are they so mediocre??

Maybe I watched only his bad games. But he hasn't looked good in what I've seen this year. And that INT he threw in the end zone was fucking embarrassing. Like no one can explain what he was even trying to do.

I haven't liked what I've seen from the Buccaneers throughout most of this season. That is one reason I was hoping the Panthers would win the NFC South. I thought the Panthers looked better down the stretch until they blew the lead against the Bucs (in Tampa) a couple weeks ago.

Regardless, I think the the Niners finish off the winner of this game next Sunday.

This is weird - former NFL defensive tackle Jerrell Powe was arrested this weekend on kidnapping charges. He was drafted by the Chiefs in 2011, played 3 seasons for them, and 1 season for the Bucs in 2014. Yet they used his Redskins (presumably training camp tryout photo) for the headliner and call him Jerrell Powe of the Redskins in the caption.

You mean to tell me they couldn't find any other NFL photo of Jerrell Powe so they went with the most recent? Either it's lazy writing or somebody subtly wanted to dig at the Skins. Either way I expect better from the AP.
