Re: Eric Bieniemy
Somebody forgot to tell EB that Sam should have been a game manager type QB .. He used him like he was Mahomes.. WTF
That is my issue with Sam .. he was used totally wrong and it has really hurt him .. that's on the coaches ! Same thing in Atlanta with Ridder the coach tried to make him a top franchise QB and it cost him his job .. we were never gonna win 11 games with Sam in his rookie year .. should have established a run game .. take the pressure off QB and play some D every now and then .. the results could have been different .. but oh well the silver lining is we were so bad we got 2cnd pick in draft and the entire staff is gone .. so maybe it all worked out |
Re: Eric Bieniemy
I pray this happens quickly... and to begin with.
I couldn't stomach another season like we had this year. If he remains I will start losing faith in new ownership almost immediately. |
The offense was a failure on most accounts.
The offense worked just not consistently.......Ron Rivera waited too long to repair or change the offensive line......Dotson, Thomas and a few others looked lost. |

Y’all battling for who can use the most periods?
ROC out of the gate with a double, lots of doubles. Meks hit back with the classic ellipsis. Elegant! Red4e. Coming off the top rope like Super fly with the seven piece! I’m going back to drinking |

@DCSportsDre Valdes-Scantling said they used to tune EB out cause he yelled all the time but he realized he missed him seeing him again…lol that’s a wild thing to say about your coach..basically they paid him no mind. |

Valdes-Scantling had a shit year with lots of drops. The guy probably slacked off with EB out of the pictures. I'm wondering why EB took the OC/Ass.HC job. Losing owner with lame ass HC. Maybe he was promised HC job when RR contract ends? |
Re: Eric Bieniemy
One thing EB has to realize is players are the most valuable asset. Not him. He's a disposal piece to the puzzle. You have to be able to change if you want to stay in the NFL. Doesn't mean you can't coach players hard but I think it goes beyond that w/ him.

Re: Eric Bieniemy
If andy can't promote inside the org, people start grumbling. he needed EB to move on so he could move some other people up.

I don't know if this applies to coordinators, which I assume that is the case, but coaches contracts are guaranteed (unlike player contracts). If the team wants to save some money and let EB save face a bit, I'm fine with that. |
