Exactly.. Although it seems like the "sell the team" chant at the stadium did hurt his feelings a while ago, so there's that.

I'm sure they can look up what % of each team's gear is being sold that goes into that profit sharing. No one wants to give someone else undeserved money. If no one buys their gear, that costs all of the teams money and the other owners would be pissed off sending that bitch his split of the cash when he didn't pay into it. It would help with getting some other owners to put pressure on him to sell.

Regardless it’s all very depressing.

I was watching last night , the Bears suck at the very least they are still called the Bears.

We can’t even have our name anymore.

Yup! . The amount the Owners make from TV contracts alone makes the "merch sales" insignificant. Billions from TV rights and maybe a few(30-50) million from merch.

There is profit sharing but that mostly goes back into team expense. There is also individual profit for Dan that is typically generated by the local fan base. I haven't seen the data and knowing the Commanders there is a lack of transparency but listening to the DC sports media Dan's personal money stream from the team has been "hurting" so he i snot as liquid as he used to be. I'd love to see data to actually support that.

Owning a NFL team only 32 people in the world get to have one. That is what he wants.

I wish Snyder would just move the franchise to somewhere else…London would be fine. Snyder isn’t gonna sell.

Get the NFL to move the franchise for first overseas spot…just get him out of dc and out of the country. This move would come with the caveat Washington will get a new franchise, new owner, new everything.

I think the other owners are getting fed up with Snyder. With all the allegations & investigations they are backing him up into a corner. He is losing his allies in Team owners. It is only a matter of time before they force him to sell the team. It may take a while but I believe it will happen. With a new owner, hopefully, we get a new name - one that the fans want. As long as Snyder owns the team the culture will never change and the team will always be crappy

You can blame Dan for a bunch of stuff but the change of name was going to happen no matter who owned the team.

If we were 4-1 nobody would have a issue with name … The number one issue is Snyder, Followed by ENTIRE coaching staff .
In a perfect world this would be great ..

1 Snyder sells
2 new owner hires real GM /front office
3 new younger Head coach hired
4 new staff( OC, DC etc)

5 roster overhauled( young franchise QB)

6 stadium??
7 rebuild fan base ( winning will do this)

We all know this is what needs to happen .. I’m not sure it will and if it does it could take years to fall into place .. We are what we thought we are a poorly owned , badly coached, eroded fan base , shell of a team with no identity and bleak future..

The NFL screwed up when they signed the debt waiver because he couldn't afford the 845 million dollars to buy out the minority owners (which even gave him a discounted value on their shares)
