Only skins fans want to give the punter the game ball and pull the starting qb while winning the game for not converting a drive from the 5 yd line...

Griff does look bad, but we have had bad field position this half. I think the coaches knew his injury was worse than letting on to with the public and still started him today. So if they knew it and still started him they aren't going to swap QB's now, especially if RG3 took most of the practice snaps.
