Not sure why Philly got a bunch of hate on that trade of McCoy for Kiko. Most people I see talking about it think the Bills got robbed. McCoy had a 12mil salary cap figure this year and his production dropped last season. I think several of the stats places had him listed way behind many of the other backs in terms of production, even though their offensive line ranked as one of the better run blocking units in the league.

....and this is why Philly traded McCoy. Numbers say that RBs decline starts at 26.

It looks like the Iggles are going to be loaded with players from Oregon and a whole bunch of FAs. I'm amazed that a coach would look at players like Shady and DJax and not figure out how to work it out so they can stay with the team. Though at the end of the day I'm fine with a division rival making stupid moves and getting rid of talented players.

Lol the Eagles

So marriota at qb, question mark at rb with 32 year old sproles, a wild overpay for the other seattle cb. And they still need to fill 2 other starting secondary starters. Zero depth. And they have resign macklin....I'm not scared.

I really don't buy those pre-draft "trades" that get put out there as smoke screens.

At his price he'll have to earn a spot. No big risk for the team.
Fractured "heal". Interesting slip. Let's hope the heel healed.

If I were Scot M., I'd start dropping hints that I might take Mariota at #5 and see what develops. He needs to tell Bruce Allen and Dan Snyder that it's just a ruse, of course.

If nothing else, it would provide the fans with some entertainment value. Rumors would fly, Chip Kelly would squirm, and who knows what ridiculous comments RGIII would make about it. C'mon Scot, do it for the fans. On with the show!

They probably don't see WR and RB as valuable positions. The cap numbers based on their position wasn't worth it to them. I don't blame them.

Maybe just maybe the shegles will have to trade the farm with us to jump ahead of the jets. If they want there QB.

Man, Chip Kelly really is a player's coach: Trent Cole has ‘no respect’ for Eagles after release from team | Yardbarker.com

Let's hope he continues to burn through his players. At least when Bellichick cuts ties he seems to do it in ways that don't cause his players to badmouth him or the organization on the way out.
