Out of the 22 guys, who do you think are actually quality starters on a good football team?

Garcon, Jackson, Reed (the 3 games he plays each year), T. Williams, RG3 (I think he will get good, please stop getting hurt).

On defense? ummm I could argue Kerrigan or Orakpo, need an elite pass rusher, they both are just good, and that's about it. Jason Hatcher too probably. Cofield.

8 out of 22 arguably, and some of the other 14 are really really bad!!

The only thing that gives me hope is that this team is battling hella injuries. We continue to lose players each week. If all the injuries wouldn't have happened would this team suck so bad?

Well by my count we need:

Safety
ILB
RT
OG
CB

DL to think if we had not traded down we could have had JJ Watt instead of Kerrigan. Like Kerrigan but he is no JJ Watt

Hatcher has been a nice pick up but the team desperately needs a guy like Watt or an Aldon Smith of the 49ers.
