Is Kyle's contract up? Given the fact that the Texans are keeping Kubiak, isnt it possible they'll be keeping Kyle too?

He can be hired away if given a promotion, a fancy title like assistant head coach/offensive coordinator.

Theismann just said that there will NOT be a coaching announcement today. He said he could confidently announce that.

Man can they just get on with it. Zorn is gone now. Just lets get it done.
Seriously, in what universe would that make sense? Nobody would quit a HC job to be a assistant.
They can if Dan Snyder is giving them a raise...which we all know he can do.

Looks great to me with Mike/Kyle and the Bengals DC. They had a great D this season, but we have even more talent to work with on defense. If he can get the Bengals' mostly unknown defenders to play as well as they did, what could he do with the Skins' talent?

:)

Take what Theismann says with a grain of salt. Last night Jim Zorn himself was telling people he had "no idea" of an imminent firing. Although that was more to save face and not make the post-game talk about him, than anything else. classy move.

Zorn was just saying what he had to say. Unless he's the dumbest guy in the world he knew this was coming.

Yeah when Allen was hired he was surely fired

Do you figure at this point Zorn would have wished he had resigned when Synderato took the playcalling from him???

He probably would have forfeited some salary that way since he was voluntarily ending the relationship. By staying on, I believe it meant he gets paid his contracted rate.
