Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3
With their 10 5th rounders or 20 7th rounders, I'd like the Redskins to pick up Alex Wujciak as a pupil of London Fletcher.
I like Wujciak, but I see him as a UDFA or perhaps a 7th rounder, which we have plenty of. Some might be turned off by his lack of speed, but I think the guy is a player. |

Hankerson reminds me of a slightly slower version of Andre Johnson. I think/hope he'll be a star. |
Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3
Build the trenches!!! Here's hoping we pick up at least one C or G tomorrow.

The Jets get their NT.

I noticed that to. That was part of the reason I suspected they wouldn't take Mallet. Also probably why they didn't go after Kendrick Ellis who just went to the Jets. |
Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3
This guy could be our Wes Welker, maybe in the 5th round.

I'd like him as our Mr. Irrelevant :) |
Or if they don't turn into stud receivers they become great returners as consolation prizes (think Roscoe Parish and Devin Thomas).
I know that you are never wrong but Devin was from Mich State. |

Leonard Hankerson: "I run good routes. I make plays. I block really well. I do a lot of things that I will bring to Washington." #Redskins 39 minutes ago I realize the question "what else is he going to say?" applies, but this quote was perfect to me. It has confidence, completeness, and yet lacked smugness and pompousness. looking online at him, really liking the pick, and the draft! |

I think this is a good approach. |
Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3
I'm stoked about this years draft so far. Even if the picks don't pan out, I'm thrilled at the philosophy taken from our front office. It's a far cry from not having picks or trading picks away to move up and get a guy that ends up a scrub.

umm yes yes. Good. I was testing you to make...sure you were on your...game. yeah that sounds believable. If you thought the correct answer was Devin Hester then you are correct! |
Re: 2011 Draft Thread Rounds 2-3
Hey, we have to add as many players as we can this year so we can trade our entire draft next year for Luck ;)
