The next CY? Although, based on what we are seeing how Harris is processing through the GM/coach hiring, I'm confident that we will do the homework accordingly and draft a player that will have high chance of being successful. |

The real evaluators are hired by teams not the media or fans like us. I am big Celtics fan, the year we had the first pick everyone was all about Fultz; he was the next great thing, then Danny A trades out of first and i am like WTF; now we just have this crappy guy called Jayson Let the pro's do their job and we have a great one in Peters |

Sorry as a Sixers fan that is over the line. Fultz is a perfect example of one of those “process” decisions gone wrong. |

The point of this article is that the author thinks that if the Commanders believe there is a potential Franchise QB in this draft they will try to trade up to #1 to get him, no matter who he may be. I'm a Williams booster but this is not about him. It's about trading up for the the right QB. |

2. Jayden Daniels - QB - LSU
36. Kingsley Suamataia - OT - BYU 40. Patrick Paul - OT - Houston 67. Zach Frazier - OC - West Virginia 96. Junior Colson - LB - Michigan 98. Brandon Coleman - OG - TCU 132. Joshua Gray - OG - Oregon State 163. Elijah Jones - CB - Boston College 194. Luke Reimer - LB - Nebraska |
Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
This draft is deep at OT. We legitimately have a chance to draft a franchise QB and franchise OT, if we hit right.

Caleb Williams is a stunning playmaker. He is easily the best QB in this draft IMO. I would trade up to the #1 pick to get him. Put lifts in his cleats and tailor the offense to his strengths. Commanders get: 2023 overall #1 pick. Bears get: 2023 overall #2 pick, a 2023 second round pick, DT Jonathan Allen, and a 2024 second round pick or even a 2024 first round pick, if necessary.
They literally do not play alike. Other than both being white and going to UNC thats where the comparison ends |

Outsmarting Snyder’s draft room was a full time media profession, with anxiety-ridden fans and WFT enemies eating it up.

Peters crushing the 2024 draft:
If we get a QB at #2 (ie not trade up) we have the ammo to trade into the top 15-20 if a one of the top 4 OTs drop. I'm thinking Latham or maybe even DE with Latu. |

J. Daniels is someone you want or don't want, 100%. Doesn't seem to be a lot of middle ground. I think he'll be very good. |
