The former New Jersey judge's opinion made a social media splash because he works for a cable news network that is home to pro-Trump media figures like Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Jeanine Pirro and the hosts of "Fox & Friends." There was obstruction and attempted collusion with the Russians unless you don’t believe in facts. Unlike the three year Clinton witch-hunt which actually never produced a shred of evidence.
Brett Kavanaugh is guilty too. Its hard to prove that when the Justice Department works for the President instead of acting independently like it should.

So this drives me nuts. What is the point of the EPA if we are not going to protect citizens and use science to do so? Wheeler famously has said the role of the government is to not play favorites but that is exactly what he has been doing as administrator. If I wore a tinfoil hat I would have put this under fixing entitlements because this will impact our most marginalized and our elderly and children the most. Alas I think it merely an opportunity to reduce innovation and creativity in the public infrastructure market.
