OH HELL NO! This is NOT Snyder's fault, he merely wrote the check for the groceries that Gibbs selected. This is JOE GIBBS fault. The pathetic use of draft choices is JOE GIBBS fault. Gibbs brought Saunders here, not Snyder, he merely signed the check.

We do need a competant GM. But these coaching errors you speak of are circumstance...if errors at all.

Ok. Going for a 50 yard FG when we are up by 11, with a new kicker is a coaching decision. Poor clock management by failing to go to the hurry up offensive with 5 min. left and down by 2 scores is a coaching decision. Freakin spiking the ball at the goal line, and throwing a "fade" to Thrash while Duckett sits on the bench is a COACHING DECISION.

OK Matt. I'll give you the same opportunity. Defend the performance of Joe Gibbs, not on his super bowl victories, but based solely upon his performance over the last 3 years. If you can honestly defend the decisions of the coaching staff both from a personnel standpoint and from a game calling standpoint, then I'll shut up.

It's not knee jerk, in my opinion. I honestly don't know what we should do.

Last year we were saying if we could just get the offense to come around, because the defense is set. And now it seems the defense has disappeared this year. They miss tackles and have a penchant for giving up big plays.

But you know what, at the end of the day one thing is certain, this team isn't responding to this coaching staff. Whether it be tackling, scheme, clock management, personnel decisions....it all traces back to the staff.

This team isn't responding to this staff.

So, you criticize my criticism, yet you offer no solutions? Joe Gibbs has cost this team the future in draft picks and free agency. I could live with that if he put a winner on the field, but then he takes the field and makes horrible play calls and clock management. Its easy to ride the fence, its much harder to take a stand. Ive had it. Gibbs should go, bring on Russ Grim.

Fine, you tell me where Im wrong? You defend the play calling and the personnel decisions of this coaching staff. Please try, no one else has.

So what do we do? Can Gibbs and start over at square one? Because that's what would happen. New coach = new players & new philosophy. Then all of a sudden Campbell might be the next Ramsey because he's not the hand picked guy of the new coach.

Starting over isn't the answer. We need to go back to the drawing board to figure out how to get this fixed, with this core of coaches and this core of players.
