Yea i wrote this thread for last week. He is horrible and anyone here who thinks he is "ok" needs to watch him some more. I personally am more concerned obviously with our offense who absolutely sucks right now. However with that being said, suisham sucks. As an NFL kicker, let me repeat A NFL KICKER! who gets paid to ****ing kick. Don't kick the ball to the 15 yard line on KO's and were not asking you to make 55 yard field goals all the time. Just make the 40- 45 yarders. These should be automatic... very depressing..
I bet the Giants are not posting about there kick off's today and they sucked even worse than ours. I think that the Giants might have decided that our best chance to win against them would be a big play on special teams so they took that chance away on the kick off's.

Re: Suisham?

I thought they needed to bring in some competition for Suisham during training camp. His kickoffs are a huge advantage for the other team and he can't hit from 45+ and is iffy on anything shorter. Of course there were alot of people who didn't believe he needed any competition and was fine, but once again he is proving he is a very average kicker at best.

i'm not sure what happened to him (i've read leg fatigue) but he used to pound the ball on kickoffs as well as be reliable from 45 or so in..what happened?

Kicking is a mental game. When you lose the confidence, you miss kicks your leg can make. Suisham is not playing well now and may lose his ST coach this off-season.

Re: Suisham?

We need to bring in some offseason competition for him, might not do any good though, hes leg is always strong till about week 10 every year. he will light it up in preseason
