I think the person who made up this sponsor sheet was thinking more of businesses donating and becoming a sponsor and left off a place for individual donations. With that said you can use this form to send in any amount as we appriciate any donations. Sorry you cannot make it but if you golf at the end of the summer we have our golf tournament which is alot of fun.
