I don't think we will really know the truth in the matter ever, especially now that it is so public, but suppose Goodell interviews both, and in the privacy of his office, they both say that it was a mutual communication. Should Favre be fined, or punished under the protect the shield notion?

No! If it was an affair gone bad where someones feelings got hurt, then there shouldn't be anytype off backlash or punishment by the League or public. On the other hand his wife is a diffrent story. She has the right to do anything she wants to this drama queen.

Well I believe there are two other members of the Jets organization who say Favre was acting inappropriately toward them though I haven't totally followed that part of the story

I do not think Roger Goddell and the NFL personal conduct policy will agree with you. Even if the girl begged him to send the pictures, it is illegal in the NFL rules because it is the the place of work for both of them. If he did send her those pictures and the NFL can prove they came from his phone, he will get in trouble by the league. Maybe they will do a line up? Kidding.
Especially after the Roethliesburger-gate 1 and 2 and the Jets situation with the bimbo from Spanish TV, I do not think Goddel is going to be particularly lenient.

Yeah, most of the time Farve would have probably encountered a stern warning and a hefty fine. However his advances were directed at a Jets employee, maybe even as many as 3.

I agree with your everything else you said here it is all up in the air with this Favre thing.

To call this lady a bimbo because, she has a banging ass body doesn't sit well with me. All she was doing was here job and you have the Jets once again in a dilema on their ethics and charactor as an organization. Thats her style and their are plenty of side line reports in similiar clothing I see nothing wrong with her style of dress.

I hate the Big Ben situation. Way to much doubt about what went on. As cruel as it sounds the Chris Brown situation was easier because it was cut and dry. I knew I could hate the guy with a passion and not have to worry about weather or not he was falsely accused. However like I said with the Big Ben scenario, theres to many question marks for me to look at him with utter disgust.

The NFL does not care what your opinion is about the girl and frankly it does not matter. It does not matter how professional she is or not, or what she wears. No, I do not call her a bimbo because she is hot or the the way she dresses. I do not judge people by the way they dress or look.
I call her a bimbo because I am latin and I speak spanish. I have met this women and have seen her interviews in spanish here at my job on a couple of diffrent occasions while she interviewed players. She passes herself off as a flirt and not particularity very smart. She flirts with the players and plays the part of an attractive air head and flirtatious interviewer. Not very professional. That by definition a bimbo.

Yao is in China with the rest of the team. They won last night.
Yao is finally healthy but they will limit his time since they play so many games.
