Ryan Zimmerman (Nationals): $12 million ($150 million over six years ). Trent Williams (Redskins): $11 million ($60 million over six years). Re: RGIII Ready to Report (Signs Deal)
Kind of wish we had TWilliams under the new rookie wage scale. 11 million this year and embarassed us with failing two drug tests last year..
Can't wait to start seeing football, rather than just talking about it... |

It sucks because I cant hate on the pick, I wanted Okung but OBV thye chose better w/ his injury status but WTF silver-bud. Quit cheefin. I did it for 12 years straight, non stop, and quit for 18$ an hour. I figure you can quit for an exponentially larger salary, 'tard. |

Hate to ask but why nothing substantial from THIS camp? Is it a no pads, all classroom kinda deal for rookies or what? |
Prolly have to add that 2015 second rounder.........ugh.
I'd still do it.
We joke now, but there were a lot of people here with massive hard ons for Beck. Sorry to get way off topic, but have they eaten crow yet? I feel that should be the natural progression; public humiliation and then we can joke. |
Re: RGIII Ready to Report (Signs Deal)
I'm looking forward now to seeing RG3's first commercial.

From my understanding, thats exactly what it is. The field work is more conditioning and technique type stuff. Plus there is a fair amount of classroom work as well. Primarily trying to get them up to speed for when the real camp starts. |

for the record, I was definitely looking forward to John Beck in place of Grossman, and even over other options like Dalton and/or the guy the Jags took. Clearly crow tasted particularly nasty after Beck's 3 outings :( That said, I think that once McNabb fell through, the FO had set their sights on this year's class, and (minus Locker) were not ever going to do more last year. IF it means we got a bonafide 12 year+ starter then the crow will have a most pleasant after taste. sidenote: couldn't find a youtube link, but the scene in O Brother Where art thou, with the daughters telling Clooney about their mom's new beau is funny as hell when they say "he's bonafide" O Brother, Where Art Thou? I just watched three RG3 commercials on youtube. Man, those were some very explosive commercials. Sooner or later, Griffin is going to take up acting, especially if his career really takes off. |
Re: RGIII Ready to Report (Signs Deal)
I hope RGIII becomes the MJ of football. Tons of endorsements.
Tons of rings. |
