If that play is called a TD.. This whole forum board is speaking another tune.
I thought he had his hands under it, but he caught that standing up. No reason he shouldnt finish that play. So yes you are correct, if we could have made a winning play instead of a losing one this board would be happy. |
LOL. He was a free agent during the off-season. If nobody wanted him then, I seriously doubt they want him now.
That was kind of my point. I said earlier let him go at the end of the year. He seems to hang around based on potential. Let Reed keep the position for the rest of the year and see what he can do. |
Re: Redskins Lions postgame
Is that on MS in your opinion? I mean he is either not reaching them or they are unreachable - but that would fall on hom too - this is his team.
Absolutely in the sense he's the HC and it falls on him. Buck stops with him. And Kyle has to go. Love him to death. Tremendous person. Good friend, don't want him here anymore |
Re: Redskins Lions postgame
Well.....I read a stat that suggested teams going 0-3 had like a 3% chance of making the playoffs.
Sooo, we have that working for us...... |

What is it about his playcalling that, as a redskins fan, is bothering you? |

You're friends with Kyle shanahan? |

Probably the fact that he is calling the plays. |
Re: Redskins Lions postgame
Its just the fact that we are 0-3 and our schedule is very difficult. The early bye kind of stinks too.
The only reason 0-16 is laughable is because it is as rare as a triple crown but not because we have proven to be good enough to beat a single team we have left on the schedule.
I think 6-10 is realistic. Oh man. I forgot we play Denver. The Broncos are going to destroy us in Denver. I may not tune into that one. |
Re: Redskins Lions postgame
It feels like Kyle is being stubborn about the offense. Trying to force a square peg into a round hole. Our offense was working well today when they went with the RO, but it was dead as hell prior to that. Not sure what the issue is but they simply haven't gotten on the same page whether it's due to egos or whatnot.

Last years schedule was nothing like this one imo. I know things change as the season goes on and who knows maybe matt ryan, romo, peyton, ap - are out for those games. Shit happens. But from start to finish i never remember looking at the schedule for the year with such wide eyes |

Right, but the team we were in the early goings of the playoff game against Seattle could challenge just about anyone. The question is, can we get back to that? |

Personally I feel the stubbornness comes from calling for a deep bomb when we are in 3rd and short or continue to call that stupid pitch run, even though that by the time Morris gets back to the LOS, there's a wall of defenders ready to meet him b/c they mowed down our o-line. |
