Re: The Super Bowl Thread

I just heard the interview by Tony Dungy of Jonathan Martin. Something about Martin just seems fake, he seems well rehearsed and really just concerned about himself. I wouldnt have him on the Skins, something seems disingenuous about his character.

Sidebar, Is anyone sick of Tony Dungy? Anyone tired of him being heralded as the moral voice of the nfl? This past season on Football night in america he seemed crush certain players but give others a pass without reason. Looks like he's giving Martin a pass on walking out on his team

I only watched about a minute of it, I wasn't impressed. He'll get another shot in the NFL, but it'll be a team friendly deal. I'm pretty sure his lawyer/advisors prepped him for the interview, gave him advice on how to handle his answers, etc. It's not just an interview, I'm sure every interested team out there will see it eventually. I don't want him on the Skins either. I'm not the biggest fan of Tony Dungy either though.

And she was just using it as a painkiller. No justice.

Stop being stupid. Marijuana and crack cocaine are two different things.

Anyone else notice since Matty has thinned out some of the crazies here (goat, first, etc...) how much more MD sticks out?

No more crazy trees for him to hide behind anymore.

Just ignore him Lotus; he is the final stain on this great web site.

You're correct.

I actually feel sorry for him. It would be sad to live in such a tiny and obsolete mental world.

Proud to stand out.

Unlike others, I don't take the obvious political disagreements and view on life personally.

In the end, we're all Redskins fans and that's what matters most on a football gathering place such as the great Warpath.net. I have my views, you have yours...we should both stand behind them.

Your stalking also flatters me, although I'm not as open to the male-on-male action as the other progressive gentlemen here, so sorry about your luck.

I dont understand the witch hunt on Monkeydad.
He doesn't say offensive things and doesn't use profanity.
Is it because the brown shirts dont like his uniqueness?

Goat and firstdown were "gotten rid of"?

Why people pay so much to go... I do not understand.

Why don't we all just chill out a little bit and go disagree about sensative subjects in the debating with the enemy threads. Lots of stupid down there and let's talk football up here.

Kinda agree with you. Super Bowl is more of a world event than a football game these days. It sucks to be a real football fan and not be able to enjoy yourself in a typical football fashion. No cab ride and no tailgating is quite lame.

I agree. The no walking to the stadium rule is quite confusing. But people pay and keep going so the NFL won't stop unless it stops making money.

Well I wish it was the Redskins, but atleast I have a vested interest in seeing Sherman, Carroll, and the rest of the Seafucks getting their asses handed to them. Plus I would be happy to see Manning get his second ring and secure his place as the best qb in nfl history. Go Broncs.
