I genuinely hope all people are good people but idc really. I just root for the man to play football and man he can play football.
He appears to be a real nice kid on camera anyway.

He was probably the best player on the field last night. Outstanding game.

I totally agree and i hope he is a good person.

Just a pet peeve of mine when folks think what they see on the field is who that person really is.

And 'good' is a relative term, everyone has a different opinion of good.

I'd like to think all of the players on our team are of upstanding moral character, but we all know that ain't the case. There's always at least one.

In the meantime Terry really comes across as humble. They voted him in as captain his rookie year after Haskins was stripped. You don't get that as a rookie unless you really are leading with your work ethic (qb is the exception).

My post was after his post-game interview. Your point still applies. But I'd bet all my money that what we see is what we get. That being said, he could be somewhere getting a "massage" right now.

Good people get consensual hand jobs.

+1

I'd rather he get a consensual handie than be out there pulling a Watson (if the allegations are true) or worse - a Darren Sharper.

Adding to the Terry praise:

@FieldYates
Washington WR Terry McLaurin currently owns the longest streak of targets without a drop. He's seen 190 straight targets and hauled in 128 consecutive catches without a drop. And he routinely makes difficult/absurd catches. What a player.

Yeah and to think some said he's a #2 at the beginning of this season lol.. The dude has never had a legit QB either, maybe now he will if TH can stay this good..

Didn't he have a drop against ATL late in the game?

Maybe that doesn’t count when the pass was broken up by the defender?

Maybe the one where the ball was high and he got crunched.

What is the official definition of a "drop"?

-----
Hank Gargiulo of ESPN Stats & Information passed along the written standard our game charters rely upon to reduce subjectivity.

This standard says drops are "incomplete passes where the receiver SHOULD have caught the pass with ORDINARY effort."

Basically, we're talking about blatant drops, not the ones where your old man leans over and says anything that grazed the receiver anywhere was a drop in his day.

"Only use this if the receiver is 100 percent at fault and no one else can be blamed for the incompletion," ESPN tells its game charters. "Pass interference that wasn't called/passes thrown just outside the receiver's reach, etc., are NOT drops."

I dont care what the definition of a drop is. You drop one in the fourth quarter of a tight game its bye bye city. Dont care what you have done, how great you have been, how much character you have, if you are the best weapon we have, or how young you are. You are gone.
