Pretty solid overall. I'm still warming up to it but so far songs that stick out as my early favs: 'The End', 'Pyro', 'The Immortals', 'Back Down South'.

It basically picks up where they left off with the last one. Nothing really too different from their usual formula.

I was hoping they would get back a little closer to their early days sound vs this most recent album not that the most recent was bad. I'm still going to check it out soon.

There's a couple of songs that are kind of throwbacks to their older stuff, but overall it sounds more like they're building off Only By The Night.

Saw them in a small club when their first album broke around 2004...pretty gud. Their last couple albums were disappointing IMO.

Had a friend go see them couple months ago, said they were ok...


Saw the Drive By Truckers this past Saturday night. Always a solid show for anyone who likes southern Rock... check them out

New Ghostface album is banging...its a 90s type of real hip-hop: Sampling, soul, funk hooks....none of this garbage R&B rap trash on the radio, no audio tune, pop, check it out. Its a raw album

I wonder how many folks were out in that guys yard listening?

Budweiser did something a few years back were they took big bands to small bars as surprises, kind of cool.

Once after a Sox game I was at Mama Kins, a bar owned by Aerosmith now closed but was next to Fenway, we went in for a beer or two (no shots they are illegal after Sox games in the Fenway area) and out of no where Aerosmith showed up and sang Back in the Saddle then took off it was really cool.

could not tell you I have not been to Boston in probably 6 years. I still go to RI to visit friends and fmily but Rhode Islanders never want to go to Boston unless for sports.
