"...So one time in a meeting during Dallas week, all of a sudden we heard a GONG, ... and here came George (Allen), who was wearing his karate garb .... The whole locker room went crazy. We were shouting, 'GEORGE, GEORGE, GEORGE...' It was electric. He talked about Dallas week and how he wanted to fly to Dallas and meet Tom Landry at midfield and fight him, and if he could beat Landry, we would win. ....Now he had these boards with him, and these other guys were holding the boards. He was going to break two boards with his hands, and two others with his feet, and if he could break those boards, we were going to beat Dallas. The place was going nuts, chanting, 'GEORGE, GEORGE, GEORGE!' Now he started to warm up and was making all kinds of noises and taking deep breaths. It was unbelievable. All of a sudden he screamed, came down, and broke the two boards with his hands and the other two with his feet, and the place went nuts! ..."

I wish he was, the kid has some of the best instincts I've ever seen on a LB. I know you'll hear this from time to time, but I really do think the kid could be the next ray lewis.

I'd take him or Jayron Hosley the CB from VT. He reminds me of Revis when he was in college.

Dude we won a playoff game there in 06, ST returned a fumble for a TD. But i do remember a few crazy losses there

I tend to agree. Although the history of these two franchises is greatly respected, the Cowboys rivalry with the Giants is now more intense than any other team in the NFC East.

He might start but you can bet the Skins D is going to be licking their chops trying to get some good shots on him. It might not even take a good solid hit to knock him out of the game.

Barely escaped alive. 120 total yards on offense is not GOOD. Luckily, they also sucked on offense.

First off, i am so glad to have found this place!! I am now a resident of madison county, alabama and i just recently moved here reluctantly as a part of the base realignment commison (brac) mandate. I work for the dept of ther army at redstone arsenal. Will be watching the 'skins @ dallas in a local sports bar and will get direct tv, very soon to see all of the redskins games. the 'skins appear to be real but i am reluctant to jump on the band wagon so soon, as my heart has been broken many times in recent years. btw, has kornheiser made any mention of removing the tarp from the "bandwagon" in the washington post yet?

Hugh Douglas just ranked the Skins 4th in the NFC on First Take. Then Skip Bayless walked over to the same table and put the Eagles and Cowboys at 3 taking the Skins out of the top 5 completely.
Romo will start
I'm not buying it. The coach opened his mouth prior to the X-Rays being taken and the learing that Romo had a collapsed lung.

I thinks it's all in the medical staffs hands and if they don't think he should be playing he won't be playing. Unless like others are believing that it is all a sham to build his fan base back up, then I doubt he plays. Of course the team is going to want to keep the Skins guessing all the way up to the last moment so I'm sure we won't hear until Mon. evening that he's been pulled from the lineup.

Why have him play, get further hurt and be out the season, when you can sit him for a week or two and have him play a lot healthier and try to win the second go around in Washington.

I experience Skip Bayless as virtually incapable of complex abstract thought. I could call less pleasant names but I won't.
All i have heard down here is the Dallas Media bashing the Redskins, calling them a misleading 2-0.
and.... Dallas's only win is not misleading? They lost to the Jets, I figure that will be a difficult game possibly a loss for the Skins. But the 49ers? Dallas barely beat the 49ers 27-24. They got lucky. I wish the other people would stop with the Skins beat an injured Giants. Hello, the Giants offense was not injured, what happened there? they only scored 14 points and had few offensive yards. The Cards came in healthy for the most part and the Skins doubled if not close to trippled time of possession and yards with a total domination of the game. The points don't show it but it was a domination.

The Giants were supposed to be second in the NFCE and now there are a bunch of excuses as to why the Skins beat them. You know the lowly last placed in the division Skins. Who knows what the Cards were supposed to be but score aside the game was dominated by the Skins. But there are excuses being made there as well.

Well, last year Bayless picked the Redskins at 10-6 and I believe division winners. At the very least a playoff team...so he's not a blind "hatter"

Skip is a dick and has an ago issue with the Skins doing well. Probably cause he already picked the Skins to be in last place in the division and it's making him look like a dork. So every chance he gets he's down playing the Skins.

Who did Douglas have in front of the Skins?

No, not a blind hatter. But, for just one example, yesterday he said that we would be better off with Tebow at QB, which I find both laughable and Grossman-hatting.
