side note, last time I saw Blount with this kind of blow was back in college against Boise
He is going to punch Andrew Luck in the face at the end. |

I trust the Panthers to win at Seattle more than I trust the 49ers to win there. Don't forget Phillip Rivers. |

Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
The same old colts, their D isn't built for playoff football. They are too small and just got man handled on the ground.

Yea its funny how stopping the run and being able to run the ball at key points in the game ended up being the difference. |

Brady didn't even have to do shit. Hell, they could have put in Gostkowski at QB and they would have won this game. The hilarious part was the after game interview with Brady when the woman talked about balance and he just gave her this crazy look. Like bitch, balance? I had 13 completions and no TDs, and our RBs had 6 rushing TDs and over 200 yards rushing. Nothing balance about it....lol |

That is what wins in the playoffs. QB's still have to make key conversions and plays, but in the end your defensive line and offensive line will determine who wins the game. Also today was a familiar sighting, an Indianapolis QB throwing a lot of pics in January, at Foxboro. |
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
Pats own the colts

Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
How about Blount? Cut by Tampa Bay, picked up by Belichick and now he's the starter for a team playing for a Super Bowl. He's been their MVP the last few weeks. Typical New England type of signing. Low risk high reward.

Same thing with Talib. He cost them a 4th round pick and a 5 million dollar extension. That is a steal for what he does for that team. |

Love or hate Darth Hoodie, he builds a helluva team. |

Andrew Luck's time will come for Indianapolis Colts, just not now - ESPN “Mistakes from the first quarter to the last series,” Luck said. “It was indicative of how the game kind of went for us, for me. It starts on my shoulders on those picks. It stinks.”
Hope next year with Gruden coaching him on leadership, RG3 takes ownership like this. When things go bad, they should start with the QB, fair or not. Of course, this specific instance Luck threw 4 picks and had to say it. RG3 should just learn to take more blame even when it's someone else's fault - just taking it for the team. |

Can't run block and didn't play big last week either. If you are a great player, you just don't completely disappear like Graham did against Seattle. |

Yeah I think he's a good player not great, that word gets thrown around way too much |

Preeeeeetty sure TB traded him to the Pats, I think it was for a late round pick and another player. |

Yea it is like that elite quarterback conversation. Graham right now is the best tight end in the NFL, only because Gronk can't stay healthy. |

Jeff Demps. It was either a 6th or 7th round pick with him. |
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
That had to be one of the worst calls I have seen.
49ers should be punting. Also the Panthers have one of the best home-field advantages in the NFL. |
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
Panthers' D is fierce
|
Panthers' D is fierce
Both teams are identical. Gonna be a slugfest |
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
Cam Newton is straight up balling. Making good reads, great throws.
|
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
Steve Smith reminds me of Gary Clark, awesome player.
|
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
Not liking the Panthers goal line play calling. They are trying to run up the middle which is the 49ers strength. They should be running a read option play or something that spreads them out.
|

Can newton should have scored on that run earlier in the drive. They should stop exposing him so much. Newton is having the best playoff game so far out of any of the young QBs. Need to start talking about him like we talk about luck. |
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
Cam Newton with a soccer-esque flop right there, that was pathetic.
|
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
I would love for the Skins to play Defense like Carolina and SF . Great game so far !

Probably learned it from Manning or Brady. Or even the great Lebron James. |

Well yeah I mean all we need is like 7 pro bowlers on our d and we can... |

Yea the refs are making sure that happens. Refs were inconsistent last night with the Pats and Colts game. No surprise they are inconsistent with what they are calling with this game. |
Bad no call I agree
|
Now that was PI for sure and boldin is being a bitch today
|
Re: Around the NFL Div. Round Playoffs
Some bad officiating in this game big time.

I was thinking maybe 3 pro bowlers and a few sure tacklers in the secondary over the next few years and maybe .... |
