Re: The Super Bowl Thread
Earl Thomas got away with PI.
Wow, horrible no call there.
That was a makeup call for the Steelers Superbowl |
Re: The Super Bowl Thread
That was dumb. Take the points.
|
Re: The Super Bowl Thread
Poor throw
|
Re: The Super Bowl Thread
Denver as a team is sucking. Including Peyton
|
Re: The Super Bowl Thread
Wow, that was stupid. Take the points. With Denver containing Lynch, is not like Seattle is going to score a lot of points.
|
They needed points there. Manning is holding the ball and appears like he isnt reading the field. Wow. Just wow. Worse half ive ever seen him play. Credit to Seattle d but Manning is playing rite into it.

John Fox showing his colors... |
Denver has too many players missing on D. Im a tad bit drunk, but Von Miller is out for the season rite?
|
Re: The Super Bowl Thread
Poor throw
I thought so too till they showed it was tipped. |

Denver's D isn't the reason they are getting beat they way they are. I think they are actually playing well enough to win. Denver can't pass protect. Manning is panicking, throwing passes he doesn't typically throw. All they can do is run the ball. |

So is their #1 CB. I think the problem for Denver is their offensive line not being able to block Seattle's D. |

Yeah. Peyton been pretty poor even when he's had time tonight |

Wow, you refuse to give Seattle's D-line credit. Amazing. |
Re: The Super Bowl Thread
What a non-competitive game. Meh. Bring on the Halftime show.

I think there is more excitement and competitiveness in the Puppy Bowl than this game. |
The Super Bowl Thread

All they can do is run the ball.
Oh i agree entirely the offense has to step up , but a healthy d might have forced a turnover, maybe its only 17-0? Than denver kicks the fg and its a 14 pt game. Miller and as Chico pointed out the number one db. Both playmakers. Edit - Ruhskins not chico |
Re: The Super Bowl Thread
Wow, you refuse to give Seattle's D-line credit. Amazing.
They are dominating the oline that pass protected the best this year. This reminds me of NY vs NE in the 07 season. |

:laughing2 I gotta admit, it's awesome to watch Seattle dominate, but damn, Denver is on the verge of getting blown out. Someone hit the lights, we need another blackout. |

D playing great but this is the MVP. Sorry Peyton play hasn't been gud. So far Wilson > Peyton |
Wow, you refuse to give Seattle's D-line credit. Amazing.
You dont think Peyton is playing poor? He is holding the ball, and his head left its swivel bavk at the hotel room. He has totally let Seattles awesome D into his head. |
Re: The Super Bowl Thread
I'm just gonna say what we are all thinking, Tom Brady wouldn't be playing this badly...
:cheeky: |

He wouldnt have the turnovers but they would be shutout. |
I'm just gonna say what we are all thinking, Tom Brady wouldn't be playing this badly...
Speak for yourself. Ive seen brady play alot worse in big games. They are both great, Seattleis just a better team. Its not really about def wins championships or best o vs best d. What it comes down to is - is the team with the dominating d's offense better than the team with the dominating o's defense?? In other words which team makes the most of its shortcomings "per say". Tonite Seattles O is stepping up not Denvers D. |

Wilson hasn't done sh*t, unlike Manning, Wilson doesn't have to carry the team on his back. Peyton hasn't been good because the Seattle D is dominating. I guess I would expect this from someone who thinks Wilson is the second coming of Montana  |
I'm just gonna say what we are all thinking, Tom Brady wouldn't be playing this badly...
:cheeky:
Well considering that Brady lost two Super Bowls by getting hit and pressured by a good D-line, I'm sure things would be similar. |
Re: The Super Bowl Thread
Gotta admit, I love how Bruno Mars has that old school Temptations feel to him.
|
Re: The Super Bowl Thread
RHCP. Brings me back.

At least his teams were actually competitive. This is one of the worst performances by an offensive, including Manning, I've seen. |

I expect more from the greatest qb of all time. I'm not counting out Peyton the second half. Bruno mars and rhcp rocking out fairly well |
Great halftime show. Possibly better than the stones. Bruno mars is definitely not one of the things thats wrong with todays music. I hope the chili peppers plat scarlet begonias! Lol

Similar to eli winning mvp when justin tuck should have. Wilson does not deserve mvp the entire seattle d does. |

Best halftime show they've had in a while. (Talent wise)

Their DLine was just as dominant, if not more dominant in the playoffs. |
