Looked like he pulled a hammy?! Seemed like he was fine as he got up then all of a sudden grabbed his leg.
Robert should of exploded off for 20 yards there

Guess thats the difference between rookie and vet.
Careful what you wish for, remember he doesn't know how/when to slide.

That looked like a groin to me.

Re: Skins vs Texans Gameday Thread

I would MUUUUUUUCH rather see RG3 throw the ball versus taking off there. Makes me think he's growing. Sure, he could have run for a lot more, but that shows some growth for sure.

Bucket 09-07-2014 01:43 PM

Re: Skins vs Texans Gameday Thread

Robert does not look comfortable at all behind that line though. I dont blame him against this front

Man RG3 is in his third year and he's missing guys that wide open?

rbanerjee23 09-07-2014 01:44 PM

Re: Skins vs Texans Gameday Thread

But you can also tell he doesn't trust his line (and rightfully so, Watt is going to take the OL's lunch money all day)

John Clayton is calling Reed injury a hamstring is questionable to return.

Maybe one of these plays our O line will block someone

TheMalcolmConnection 09-07-2014 01:48 PM

Re: Skins vs Texans Gameday Thread

One thing Gruden is missing (or maybe RG3 is?) is calling some mid-range pass plays. It seems it's either dink and dunk OR deep balls.

That's alright, time for a sack/strip now.

Re: Skins vs Texans Gameday Thread

Ok....Hey jay...they're shooting a saftey...put your qb in a position to bomb it right over their head..They aren't respecting the air game.

Bucket 09-07-2014 01:49 PM

Re: Skins vs Texans Gameday Thread

No time. You have to anticipate blitz there and get your checkdown

Hijinx 09-07-2014 01:49 PM

Re: Skins vs Texans Gameday Thread

I had dreams of 3 points there.

Penalties will kill you. Ugh.

Chico23231 09-07-2014 01:51 PM

Re: Skins vs Texans Gameday Thread

Rg3 needs to see that coming and get the ball out. Pathetic qb play

Skinsfanatic 09-07-2014 01:51 PM

Re: Skins vs Texans Gameday Thread

What do you get when you combine a mediocre/poor OL and a quarterback is who moving too slow mentally?

Bucket 09-07-2014 01:51 PM

Re: Skins vs Texans Gameday Thread

Seriously. You are in fg range or close to it. You have to anticipate blitz and get rid of it quick. They are bringing the safety down all day. Lets throw these mid range passes. But with Reed out. Itll be tough
