I'm about to lose my my mind. The teams playing their hearts out and we have gotten nothing out of our QB. If Gruden doesn't go to Colt, we will lose! And it will be because of internal politics and not because of the players.

Heard a good thing the other day. Guy said RG3 has to come to terms with player he is now for his game to improve. He's older and had injuries his game is different than it was his rookie year.

I came to the realization that we are not going to win many more games this season. I do want to us play hard and physical. I want to see the offense be more productive .

The thing is that Alfmo is carrying this offense. RG3 has shown zero improvement. We're in this game due to the running game and the defense. That's it.

Can't pass deep when you can't block 4 man pass rush. Compton is a backup starting and so is Morgan Moses . They both are playing hard but they are overmatched .
