Julio Jones to be cut
I still remember that crazy ass trade Atlanta made to move up to get him. |
Re: Free Agency Around the NFL Style
Tell ya…watching what Randy Gregory did to the Boys and today missing out on both Von Miller and Za’Darius Smith. They gonna have to settle for clowney on a one year 10 mil deal, so he can play 7-8 games and chill on ir for the rest.
You hate to see it |
Re: Free Agency Around the NFL Style
Von Miller and OJ Howard to the Bills.
Miles Jack to Pittsburgh. Heck of a player, but I believe he's an OLB, we need someone in the middle. |
Re: Free Agency Around the NFL Style
The Bills going all LA Rams at the moment.
I still remember that crazy ass trade Atlanta made to move up to get him.
Based on the results, the trade is the right move IMO. Jones was one of top receivers for a while, unfortunately the Falcons couldn't take advantage of it.

Re: Free Agency Around the NFL Style
That Von Miller deal…I don’t know what the real numbers are but heard 51 guaranteed. 6 for 120 mill is crazy…that’s a lot of money for a pass rusher coming out of his prime.

The bills are in WIN now mode.. they are so desperate for a SB there. The fanbase , franchise etc.. With Josh Allen, they know they can win one at least |
Re: Free Agency Around the NFL Style
VM isn't going to get $120M... wish NFL contracts weren't this smoke and mirrors shit. If it's $51M guaranteed, the Bills will probably have an out after year 3. So there you go, 3 years, $51M sounds much more realistic.

Swing and miss by the Browns:
@MikeGarafolo The #Browns have been informed they’re out of the running for Deshaun Watson, a source says. The team still views Baker Mayfield as their quarterback going forward. They told Mayfield’s agents at the Combine they’d only explore top-tier QBs such as Watson. |

Oh man, this is going to be fun to watch:
@MarkMaske Baker Mayfield has requested a trade from the Browns, sources confirm to @NickiJhabvala and me, as @TomPelissero reported. It's not clear yet whether the Browns will comply. @MarkMaske The Browns have indicated to Mayfield's representatives that they do not intend to comply with his trade request, sources tell @NickiJhabvala and me. |

The Browns really blew this. |

Also the losers in the Watson sweepstakes, will Browns be able to resist another bidding war?

@MikeGarafolo
Fletcher Cox was released by the #Eagles with a post-June 1 designation, sources say. At 4p, $18 million would have become fully guaranteed. Cox is now a free agent but the team and his representatives continue to have discussions about a possible return. Cox is a beast. What the hell are the Eagles doing? |

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
He said at the press intro that he didn't want to haggle over the compensation or taking on the contract because he didn't want it to blowup. Smart by Ron and a good job he didn't listen to all us fans balking at the draft picks and taking the whole cap hit |

Rams got Allen Robinson. Man, they are fucking loaded.

I don't think the salary cap is a real thing. |

Re: Free Agency Around the NFL Style
Interesting -- and I had wondered whether PHL getting rid of Fletcher Cox would be to make room for Watson. Cox will somehow end up a Ram. The Rams are using leprechaun money today, I think.

IDK. Draft efficiency drops exponentially after first round. You get a known commodity in Adams that reads defenses better than anyone, is a great route runner and run and pass blocker. I personally don’t understand it for raiders as that division is loaded. If I were Bills GM and could lock up 1st seed for next three years with that move it makes complete sense. |

This Watson stuff is ridiculous. Dude pick a fucking team. He’s acting like Lebron all of the sudden..

This is a funny tweet from Bobby Wagner:
Bobby Wagner @bwags very excited for all-pro NFL linebacker Bobby Wagner to sign with a team so I can finally stop getting 20 tweets an hour from people telling me I should come to their city  |
