I think you’re right about us being cursed, and I can’t remember who it was what quarterback that did it hell, it might’ve been Jayden Daniels that did the same kind of bullshit but it was right before the half and it seemed like it’s been in the past couple of years, but what happened Didn’t surprise me at all because it’s the fucking Redskins and I’ve seen them do so much stupid shit over the years that doing something this stupid doesn’t surprise me.

Did I just see what I saw??? First you blow a 2 TD lead which isn't surprising because this defense is complete ass. But then the Giants gift wrap you the game and you still can't win it.

These guys just aren't that good. JD, do better dude. The play making is great but a few times today you need to cut the ball loose. You can't out athlete everyone all the time.

Agree. Yeah, Jayden should know better. But this is just another example of how poorly coached this football team is.

It's laughable seeing Hat Boy spike his headset like he isn't the most pathetic loser on the field for that happening.

12 seconds left and no timeouts and the play you run is spike it or throw it out of bounds immediately. It’s hard to fathom doing anything else if winning is your objective.

So I haven't posted in forever but that "loss" or "tie" was ridiculous. I'm sitting there telling the Giants they just need to line up and kick the field goal so they win and then they fumble. I have to tell our team the same thing and they can't kick a freaking field goal with 1 minute left in the game and no timeouts. All you have to do is run the field goal team out, kick it, and let what happens happen. Stupid coaching. Whether it was the offensive coordinator or Dan Quinn, both of them are absolutely 100% on the hot seat now. Somebody ought to be fired after that because that was pathetic and I don't normally call for people to be fired.

The last botched play was bad, and there's blame to go around -- JD5 should have known to spike it or throw it out of bounds quickly. Bad coaching to not have him ready for situational football like that.

But to me, the bigger sin is not calling for the FG the play immediately beforehand. We had the ball at the 26 yard line with :55 seconds left and White ran for 2 yards (and didn't get out of bounds). The next play (with :12 left) should have been a FG try, or a call to spike the ball to set up the FG unit. It's sudden death -- you aren't worried about leaving time on the clock because if you make the kick, it is over. Unless JD5 overrode the play call, which I highly doubt, this was probably the worst coaching gaffe I have ever witnessed (which, as a fan of this team since 1974, is saying something).

After losing a 2 TD lead in the 4th quarter and after forcing Skattebo to fumble (on a play that the Giants shouldn't have run -- those idiots should have kicked the FG too), that was about as dispiriting a way to not win as one could conjure up.

They ran for > 200 yards, won the turnover battle, the Giants kicker has 3 missed FGs, and we managed not to win. So many missed opportunities -- including Reaves having a game sealing interception slip through his hands, multiple game-altering calls against us (again), etc. BTW, Daronte Jones -- they had 2 receivers -- Likely and Nabers combined for 22 of the 33 receptions and 215 of the 326 yards thrown -- that is what we needed to defend today, and we couldn't manage it. If you cannot show any killer instinct for a divisional rival at home where you're up 2 tds in the 4th, I've got nothing for you.

I bought tickets for the Eagles game on Nov. 1 (and they weren't cheap). And I am having trouble right now being excited about it. They are going to get walloped by SF next week and fall to 1-4-1 before the bye. Then they have the Eagles (home), Rams (home), Giants (away), Bengals (home), Cards (away), Titans (away), Houston (home), Atlanta (home), Minn. (away), Jax (away), and Dallas (home). After today, I have a hard time imagining more than a few more wins -- maybe AZ and Tenn.

AP deserves some blame here, of course -- the OL plan was a disaster (Coleman was horrid today); the Giants had 3 sacks in 4 games and had 5 today.

I could see us sitting at 1-8-1 by the time we play AZ, and that would be a frigging disaster. And that seems like the most likely outcome after today.
