I'm not defending Brunell at all...

But I'm not gonna sit here and act like he's the only problem right now.

Blame list:
1. Snyder-He's #1 on my list permanently until he sells the team
2. Gibbs
3. Brunold, AKA Donnie Dump Off, AKA Dink-n-Dunk, AKA Can't Hit a Moving Target
4. Sean Taylor
So none of the other problems matter tonight?

Nobody getting open, the OL getting blown up, guys dropping balls when they actually do get open?

Plugging in Ramsey wouldn't equal an instant fix, not with the way the entire offense is playing right now.
Patten was open deep and Brunell underthrew him in the first half.
Moss was open in the endzone and Brunell underthrew him.
And the entire offense looks different and plays different when Ramsey is in there. It's as simple as this: Look at the numbers. Compare what Ramsey has done in the Gibbs offense to what Brunell has done in the Gibbs offense. That's all I ask, just please compare the numbers. Ramsey has had more yards per attempt, more yards per completion, a better completion percentage, a better QB rating, and a ton more passing yards. They both play under the same offensive system........so assuming the offense would have been just as bad tonight with Ramsey at the helm is contradictory to history.

Oh, and Brunell just underthrew Patten AGAIN.

It matters because when can't the stretch the field because your QB cannot hit any of the intermediate throws so there is no room for the running game. On the short stuff it is not like Brunell has hit ANYONE in stride, how many times have you seen Robert Royal make an incredible catch but his body is all twisted and off balance so he cannot run withit afterwards. No one respects Brunells arm so welcome to eight men in a box....yep our worst nightmare last years O has returned.

Our offense has more than QB problems. But brunnel is terrible. I have a feeling Ramsey would have faired no better.

Gibbs had better be a MAN and shake Parcells hand this time. This loss rests heavily on his shoulders.

Also John Madden and Al Michaels both have extremely strange man crushes on Bill Parcells and definitely want to lick his balls.

You're missing the most important #, wins. Something neither of these QBs have been able to get us.

Then lets not play either of them. If niether of these guys can win us a game, which right now I KNOW Brunell cant, and am 70% sure the same could be said for Ramsey, just play Campbell. Theres no point wasting our time with this crap. THis is just rediculous.

Ramsey just holds onto the ball too damn long. I mean he's been sacked 5 times (in addition to throwing the pick). Oh wait, that's not Ramsey.

Ramsey has a better winning percentage.......again, the numbers don't lie

so you're saying Patten and Moss aren't fast enough to get separation either? who's it going to take, the Flash?

i've never seen someone check down so often. in an effort to keep Gibbs happy, Brunell will not look downfield. watching this 'passing attack' is physically making me sick, and of course Portis gets stuffed. but hey, who needs points when you get no INTS! oops, just one.

No, again, Matty I think you're missing the point of my posts.....either that or you just don't want to admit that I'm right. Ramsey gives us a better chance to win. Period. He's had more success in Gibbs's system. He's got a better winning percentage. He's got a better QB rating. He's better than Brunell in nearly every QB category.

I'm not saying Ramsey is God.....I never did. What I've consistently said is that Brunell is the worst option we have and that Ramsey should be starting over Brunell. That's it.

Maybe I am missing your point, or maybe it's just incredibly lame.

I could see your argument if Ramsey had a nice winning percentage... some sort of solid proof he's a proven winner.

He's 3-4 under Gibbs and 9-14 for his career. Sorry if that fails to impress me. He sucks a little less than Brunell... that's really something to hang your hat on.

It does matter, and I did say shake his hand. If stuff like how it looks on TV does not matter than why did everyone get up in arms over the Randy Moss "mooning" in Green Bay?

No, see I think the problem is you just refuse to admit that Gibbs is not perfect. He made the wrong call. You can't give me one decent reason for starting Brunell over Ramsey. The numbers don't add up. I'm not saying Ramsey is great, but can you tell me why you don't start the guy that is better in every single category? Why don't you start the guy who wins just a little more often? Why don't you start the QB with a better passer rating, more yards per attempt and completion, more total yards...etc, etc, etc??? Just tell me why you choose to start the worse option of the two. Please tell me.

I mean maybe I'm way off here, but I thought the reason you play games is to win........so why not at least give yourself the best chance possible, even if that chance still isn't good? Aren't we trying to win games here?
