Kind of off topic, but I wonder why Cooke was in such a rush to build a new stadium if he knew he wasn't going to keep the team in his family. Perhaps he knew it would sell for more, getting more for his foundation.

He is still young, and has all the tools. I think five years from now it will be looked at as a very good investment.
