haha, I know.

fyi...it's up to you...if you get it for her, you win major brownie points and make her happy...however you are setting a precident that you will get her whatever she wants in the future for special occasions. That is not that had of a thing though. I'd rather my wife tell me what she wants so I can make her happy.
If you don't get it for her, then you run the risk of her being extremely unhappy with you...are you willing to take that chance?
If you really love her, then you should get it for her IMO.

Usually it works out for you, but it's a saturday night. A lot of people have better things to do than post on the internet.

Customer comes in because they broke their charger. Ok I get them a new charger. It is 11 dollars. They say that they should get it for free because they just bought the phone. So I am like the home charger comes free with the phone so you arent paying for that at all you are paying for the phone. So they go outside and start telling other customers that I am a deuche. So i go outside and tell them to leave then they try to say something to me. then I am about to curse but instead I go inside and tell them I am about to call the cops.

I'm not the best person to ask. I think spending $400 on a birthday present is too much. I don't even wear jewelry. I can think of better things to spend my money on.

If you don't feel comfortable doing it, then don't. If she gets mad because you don't buy it for her, then find a new girlfriend.

She wont be mad. she will be more "dissapointed" but take the I dont care routine. And after last year I promised that this year will be better.

I did. If he shows up I will file trespassing on him and I got a pic of him on my cell phone and showed it to my employees and the hiring manager.

There you go...a criminal trespass warrant is the perfect scenario for you as long as AT&T will approve the move.
If your manager doesn't care, you can file that on anyone, anywhere.

I am afraid to watch it...it seems long winded and preachy. Then again, that's what mel is best at right? LOL.

You need to be getting to bed so you can attend church tomorrow right LB?

The only thing I'll say is don't let her manipulate you. She already had a meltdown when you wouldn't agree to get engaged. If she pouts because she doesn't get an expensive birthday gift, then she's got problems. Sorry.

Do it then...you obviously know where he lives if you rang up a charger. Call the cops and tell them that's what you want, they will come to you get the info then go to his house and inform him he is not allowed back.

You make very good points. I agree with you too. However, if you truly love the person, then you need to try to make her happy. It just needs to be out of geniune love, not because you think she'll bitch about it.

It wasn't preachy at all and it kept my attention really well. It was a bit graphic, but overall I'd give it a thumbs up.

Well, I don't have to get up until 8:30. I'm just not sleepy right now. Thankfully, I'm not singing with the worship team tomorrow, just the choir. So I can just blend in the background.

I know. Its not that I didnt agree I just said that I thought we are too young to do that. I was like give it a year or two and when the time is right you will know. I know she wont be mad at all. I will probably get her the bracelet not the combo. The bracelet is only 150 dollars. And she did get me like 4 jerseys and a Redskins watch for my B day. this is one of the 2 days that I like to spoil her. And there will be no manipulating here.

haha...I am reading scripture tomorrow. I need to be getting to bed so I don't sound like those guys with one tone. I'm actually good at reading scripture...not boring at all, and I pre read it so I don't get stuck on anything.

Lady Brave is right. You can't let her pressure you to get married, or buy her expensive things. Get something from your heart, not necessarily your wallet

i do that too. I am giving her a picture collage of places we have gone together kinda like a scrapbook. She wasnt trying to pressure me. She just said she would like to be engaged. Plus, i want to get her the bracelet. It is funny cause she said in the store " I would really like that" and I said "Yeah I would like an ice cream cone too" I am going to buy her the bracelet though not both. But she is a great person. She was just spoiled as a kid and I am trying to get her out of that.

4 jerseys? Ok, my honest opinion on this is that you guys are probably spending too much money on each other to begin with. Of course, I can be a cheapskate about most things, but that's alot. You guys are developing some very expensive habits.
