Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
White people who say the "N" word offends them more than it does a black person. That always annoyed me.

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Oh, and WTF is up with smokers getting ten times the amount of breaks that I get?
Every time I walk from one building to another at our site I see the same MFers smoking! I rarely get the breaks I'm supposed to take yet smokers max out like their life depends on it. Thanks for the suggestion, mlmpetert! |

Thanks for the suggestion, mlmpetert!
I agree. All the smokers at my job take a smoke break at least once an hour, every time I look outside there's at least 2 of them out there smoking, it never fails. I think it's because the VP of the corporation is a smoker too, and when he visits my dealership (which is about half the week) he takes smoke breaks very often, and his lax attitude concerning smoke breaks extends to all the other smokers here. And yet when I take a minute or two to sit down and catch my breath my coworkers look at me like I'm slacking off. |

I'm trying to think of a legal option for something similar that takes about the same amount of time......so it can't involve sex, alcohol or violence. No shots, Fight Club or gettin' busy.... Any suggestions? |

No shots, Fight Club or gettin' busy.... Any suggestions?
LOL. Good luck figuring that one out. I could say bathroom break but I don't see the point in actually taking the time to go to the bathroom if you're not going to use it. I know people that do that though, they just go and sit in the stall and pretend they're taking a shit. |

Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
Im a person who doesnt speed from stop light to stop light, and i dont really have a problem with the people that do, even if they cut in my lane because it has less cars at the light. Its just one more car in front of me and we will both start moving at the same time, no big deal.
But something that really pisses me off are the people who speed in front of me to beat me to a toll. Ill say about 90% of the people who do this also don’t have a speed pass and about 35% of the time they don’t even have exact change. Ive never understood the mentality of rushing to get in front of someone so you can stop to fiddle around with change and pay a toll. |
Re: What REALLY grinds your gears?
I give my employees 2 smoke breaks per 8 hour shift so I tell them use them wisely
