Ok, a rookie didn't know when to stop and a coach who lead us this far made a big mistake under pressure... but really people, fire him?

Fire Shanny, he is horrible blah blah. Get over it people he played the past two games. We had a good season thanks to Shanny and RG3.

As I said in the "rg3 cleared to play" thread earlier today:
If rg3 leaves todays game with an injury, refuses to let Andrews examine him, comes back in, exaggerates the injury, and misses all of next season because of it, we'll all care. This report shows us how reckless rg3 (and possibly the coaching staff) are managing his health during games. rG3 has been lucky with injuries so far, but eventually that luck will run out. He needs to let the team doctors do their job.
Rg3 is reckless and puts himself ahead of the team. He wants to stay in and prove he's tough, and we lost this game because of it.if shanahan had put cousins in after it was obvious rg3 could not run or even plant his foot to throw, we win this game.

Yeah nobody else is echoing my sentiment. But if u feel better by just quoting me have at it. Im not talking directly to u so chill out.

We wouldn't have beat Atlanta anyway, not with griff this hurt. We won the east, 10 wins. That's a big time accomplishment

Yeah! what good could it do to us to fire our head coach after the season this team had...

Your right give me Grossman.

Gtothearry 01-06-2013 07:15 PM

Cousins would've put up more then 10.

Not saying Griffin should not have started but after he came up gimpy and started missing throws then pull him.

Twenty four unanswered points. Really what was Shanahan waiting for?

You people cannot be so thick to believe Robert would come out of this game except on a stretcher? He's a Man....
I'm probably going to end up defending Shanahan re: RG3, but ultimately, you can't just ignore the information that doesn't fit perfectly with your gameplan.
I agree 100%. He was having difficulty rolling out, stop with the designed runs. Seemed pretty foolish to me.
