Re: The talk about anything cuz your up real late and tired of draft talk thread.
Ok, I didn't get much of a honeymoon because my wife and I were both active duty. The night of our wedding we stayed at the Sheraton in D.C.. Three of my buddies from my duty station came up with me for the wedding, and were staying at the Holiday INN off of Wisconsin AVE NE. That same night one of them had a seizure. Needless to say my honeymoon was interrupted by a trip to Bethesda Naval Medical Center.
Was stationed in Germany and promissed my wife a second honeymoon in Italy. Time because of the war did not permit it. So for our tenth anniversary we are flying to Italy just to make her happy. Next year we are going to Cancun! |

My wife and I went on that cruise (royal caribbean freedom of the seas) for our tenth anniversary, but technically our anniversary is not until May 24th. |

You're probably right, but it's only 11:30 here. I'm a little tipsy right now too. Makes Family guy twice as funny. I have the rest of this week to rest before starting the new job. |

Ah, the vacation between jobs. I remember it well. Enjoy. Of course anything over two weeks is too long. |

It will be exactly 2 weeks. I've worked every day of my life since I was 15 minus actual paid vacations...I needed this time off. I've been relaxing like a very lazy bum. Just play with my 2 basset hounds, occasionally take a dip in the hot tub, hang out with friends (something I didn't do a lot of considering I worked a minimum of 70 hours a week...usually worked 75+ hours a week), and I've been catching up on all the family guy and south park episodes I have missed. haha. Take my advice...no job is worth taking all your time away. You need to balance home life with work life. My new job will be a max of 45 hours a week. I can't wait. |

HAHA, that's funny. Well, I'm thrilled to death to have Smoot back. I think he's better than everyone thinks, and I was pissed when he left. |
