I think the Jerseys are fine. Don't change em. I would however love to see them do more burgundy on white, or do burgundy with gold pants, or burgundy with burgundy pants....that'd be sweet.

I also dig how we switched to black shoes over the past two years. I think that makes our unis look pretty mean. I always prefer black shoes in sports.

I liked our special helmits we had this yr. however they did look a lot like the GB fudge packers. I would recomend changing the colors up a little. Change all the gold to burgandy and all the burgandy stripes to gold. Simply put reverse the colors.

But in 2005 Dallas wore their throwbacks and the skins wore white (for the only time I've ever seen). The red/whites were worn in Tampa Bay.[/QUOTE]

Thanks for the knowledge, I always wondered why we always wore white at home...and that makes sense, but I like the burgundy jerseys...and bring back the yellow pants!

Gold shoes with Burgandy pants and white jerseys would look pretty sweet.

Or even gold helmets, not sure what the decals should look like. Maybe a spear like the 70th aniversary.

I could see the gold/gold and burgandy. That might be cool. I would maybe like to see the all burgandy top/bottom with a dark gold striping. I can't go along with the yellow pants. I don't care what color top you use but the yellow pants look sorta gay. We have tried an all white and an all maroone(LOL) but have we tried all yellow(hay) or gold with burgandy striping/white numbers. It might look to much like GB but it would be different. Dark gold bottoms with a burgandy stripe w/ white striping highlighting stripes. Dark gold jersey with burgandy numbers and stripes on the sleaves and white highlights. We can either use the current helmet or go with a burgandy helmet with a dark gold arrow or "R" on the sides again highlighted in white.

If I deciphered that right, I think those uniforms would be as hard on the eyes as that paragraph you just typed! ;)


I hope we never change the uniforms. I think they're the best looking uniforms in the NFL and that's even without my bias. They look GREAT the way they are. They're a design that would never go out of style and aren't ugly like many of the modern uniform designs (Titans/Broncos/Bills/Eagles).

The Jets have another one of those designs that always look great, although they took a break from them in the 80s and 90s.

I [B]HATE [/B] the "Storm" and pink jerseys....and now I see on redskins.com that hey are making "Alloy" jerseys. I understand the financial motivation, but man, those things are stupid. If you are a Redskins fan, what's so bad about wearing an actual Redskins jeresy???

Ok, you got me. sorry bout the read. LOL. I like our uni's but I like change
once and a while. Just like the 49ers they are getting boring no matter

how much you tell me they are time tested. I only like the colors of the Jets not the emblem. Titans suck. Broncos actually look better then they

did in the 70's-80's. Eagles have pretty much only changed their color to a darker green and some suttle changes to the logo.

Lets just go all out and pick either Burgandy or Gold (dark gold/bronz) and be the first team to use metal flake on it. LOL.
