Well, in reference to your Super Bowl teams, there's a whole book for you to read talking about what kind of no-class team of jerks you were.

Sure, lately neither the Cowboys or the Skins have recent arrests. But you guys are right there with the Bengals as far as bringing in known dickheads. TO, PacMan, Tank... You don't see the Skins taking these kind of gambles on known scumbags. And how has it worked for you? Still haven't won a playoff game in 12+ years...

And yeah, I'm sleeping well at night right now.
Yeah, they have to get over that playoff hump. With that said, none of these players were the reasons behind those playoff loses.

-Romo, botched snap. (against Seahawks)

- Crayton, dropped passes. (against Giants)

So actually, it's working out just fine. Thanks for asking.

Well if "just fine" is ZERO playoffs wins in over a decade and a Cowboys fan on a Redskins site offering excuses liked botched snaps and dropped passes (things poorly coached teams do), then yeah, I hope it continues to work out just "just fine" for you.

No playoff success, no SB wins.................

Is it as tough for you too? I mean...........they both haven't done anything special. Damn, that's right.........you guys won a playoff game or two right. Too bad they don't hand out "playoff trophys", then you guys would have more recent championships to brag about.

How is a botched snap, of two crucial dropped passes an excuse or the coaches fault? That's what happened. I didn't see Parcells lose the handle on the snap or I didn't see Phillips drop open TD catches. If it was up to coaching, Gibbs is better than both of these guys. Why didn't this "HOFer" win a SB during his second time around? He is a great coach, right?

It is what it is. Plus, they lost to a very strong Giants team that went on to win the whole thing.

It's not like they got put out of the playoffs by some team like...............
the Seahawks or anything.

who was the cowboy player that died of an overdose?he was a rb or offensive lineman i think?all teams have their problems, but all teams do not have owners that cover that shit up like jerry jones certainly did with irvin.if the dallas da had any guts at all,and comissioner goodell too,he'd look into why jerry jones intentionally covered up a major felony.i try to be fair, but the cowboys and players got by with so much back then,it's hard to see how that was fair.dexter deserved to go to jail, but so did michael irvin for at least 10 years.they were arguring over a haircut,i'd hate to think what irvin would have done of they were arguring over something really important like a shave and shampoo over the haircut would'nt you?
Any highlights re: Smith?
No real highlights, other than Smith feeling that JJ was racist in giving the big contract to Aikman right away but Smith having to hold out for it. Also, his teammates all thought he was a huge Me, Me, Me guy.
There is a SB winner Leonard Little that has actually killed a woman. Guess what? He is still playing for the Rams. If he played for the Cowboys, it would have been blown up 1000 times greater.

Every team in every sport has or had idiots whether the media talks about them or not.

It is no secret that the Cowboys problems or successes are magnified larger than everybody else's. "I wonder why". It's funny when someone mentions the SB victorys from that time, it's all of a sudden "ancient history", but a lot of these things discussed are about players from that time. "I wonder why?"

That's old news right? Just like those SB wins, correct?
LL has gotten alot of bad pub.
The bottom line is no one wrote a book about the Redskins partying/acting like criminal a-holes when we won our Super Bowls. I wonder why.

Apparently JJ and his 4 man babysitting squad that follows PacMan around is having a tough time keeping him in line. He's a ticking time bomb, just like TO who seemed to be whining yet again today.
There's actually a specific line in the book where a player (unnamed) who played for both the Cowboys and 'Skins drew the following parallel.

Jimmy Johnson would say, "Don't do any drugs or anything because we have a drug test this week."

Joe Gibbs would say, "Don't do drugs because that's not the way we do things here."

Pretty hard to argue with that.
Fortunately, he had the same judge that M. Westbrook had after putting his fist through S. Davis's head. (while helplessly on the ground)
Sorry Bluezz, hitting someone is a little different than stabbing/slashing someone's throat w/ a pair of scissors.

I don't know about bad pub. He killed someone while drunk driving. Which is bad, very bad. But what's worse is that he was arrested a few years later again for drunk driving. Once you've killed someone after drunk driving, you must have no regard for life (your own or anyone else's) if you're getting behind the wheel drunk again.

How about the child molester for the Cowboys Rafael Septien? I guess the Redskins could somewhat be blamed for Nate Newton since he started his career with us (he got cut during camp and ended with the Boys)

You're just a glutton for punishment. Romo's butterfinger botched snap was against Seattle. Sigh.
