With Monday Night Football here this week, Gruden may be here as a normal schedule. I doubt there is much on that.

I have this weird feeling in my gut that we're hiring Holmgren, and it'll be kind of a "Here's your chance to give Zorn his chance" sort of deal.

EDIT: Also note the lack of mention of Zorn in Cerrato's list of coaches he enjoyed working with. Maybe he's bitter...because Snyder decided to stick with Zorn, and ditch out Vinny behind his back. I'm starting a little mini conspiracy theory here.

Yeah. As pleased as I was with the news, I was more shocked with the timing when I initially heard it, although, as others have indicated, the timing might make more sense by the end of the day.

I think Holmgren is up there with Marty on the "fuggedaboutit" list, but who knows.
