If this is true and there are charges. I wonder if there is anything in his contract that the Redskins can use against him to recover any money or if this violates his contract in any way?

Hmmmmm.....well I'm not one to defend anything Stainsworth does but this doesnt seem like that big of a deal.
She gave him permission to put his hand there and it seems like he copped an extra bit of a feel which is obviously inappropriate but this sounds like a golddigger scenario to me.

Honestly, if Shanahan truly wants to change the culture of this team, he should not care about getting money back and just get rid of the guy. I know it is a LOT of money, but they just need to cut their loses. I feel that they've been wanting to salvage this situation (getting money or picks back) but this just need to go away.

I dont understand that one bit????

I do think that this will take his value down quite a bit though..... Honestly i dont see whats so bad about keeping him if we dont get anything for him, at least until the end of training camp.
