The question now becomes, how much has Kirpatrick fallen if at all down the draft boards because of this? If Trent Williams had gotten caught smoking weed months before he was drafted by the Redskins, Bruce Allen would have selected Russell Okung instead. So, Kirpatrick probably has thrown himself completely out of the top ten with this weed bust. |

Not exactly fair or logical but, true. Draft Kirpatrick in the 3rd... |
Re: 2012 Bowl Prospects and Declared Underclassmen
3rd round? Yeah I don't think he's falling that far

I don't want him any sooner. |

He no doubt pushed himself out of the top ten. Wouldn't be surprised if he falls to mid to late first round. |

SS, please elaborate |
Re: 2012 Bowl Prospects and Declared Underclassmen
Kirkpatrick's situation & others that fail a test pre-draft always reminds me of Warren Sapp. We could've taken him that year but got M. Westbrook instead! Sapp fell all the way to 12 & went on to have a hall of fame career.

They decide to include underclassmen in the game, actually just one I believe. By rule, NFL scouts can't scout practice or games of an all-star game in person where underclassmen are playing so the players union basically created a game that no one can scout. Incidentally, Phillip Daniels is coaching the DL for one of the squads |

Uh, I liked Westbrook. |

Nice one, any sooner. |
Redskins should look at drafting Blackmon if he falls. Gonna be a beast
Sure. When the smoke clears and Luck are RG3 have been fought over, I hope Blackmon is sitting there at six. If his workout(s) is/are great and he 'checks' out, take him. |

We are going to be coaching some GREAT players, Upshaw from Bama, Adcock, Martin and Weeden from OSU, Jenkins the former Gator, Zebrie Sanders the LT from FSU, Brian Quick the 6'5 220 4.4 speed receiver from App State...theres a lot of guys with a lot of potential. |
Re: 2012 Bowl Prospects and Declared Underclassmen
The South team is the team to have. (cue Dirtbag comment about the SEC)

He looks like an NFL QB to me. Don't beat me up too much for saying that his delivery reminds me of Tom Brady. Too bad Tannehill got hurt. It would have been good for the Skins to get a close-up look at him, as well. Tannehill's delivery reminds me of - well, nobody. Markelle Martin is a favorite of mine. He is a FS who covers a lot of ground and arrives in a bad mood. I hope the Skins brass likes him as much as I do. |

Earthquake, sell me on Michael Brockers as a long term solution at DE in our scheme. And...go.
