Elite is a relative term. I encourage you to look at Daks numbers before Cooper arrived and compare them to his numbers after Cooper arrived. Cowboys were in the bottom third of the league in 3rd down conversions. After Amari Cooper arrived, Dallas vaulted to one of the best teams at converting 3rd down.

Cooper doesn't need to touch the ball to make a difference.

Cooper is a young QBs best weapon. My thinking Redskins pursuit of Cooper was more about Haskins than anything. Trying to surround him with premier talent.

Amari Cooper is the best route runner in football, he is ELITE and a top 10 all around WR, The SKins went after him big time.. It is what it is, good for Dallas

We already have a legit WR1. Cooper is good but I don't think you need to spend 20+ on a big name free agent. Much rather of thrown 12 million a year at Hooper and still had 10 million for other players.

I'm also higher on Harmon than most. I think by next year (2021) he is a legit WR2. A vet like Sanders to me makes perfect sense. Or a later round draft pick after Chase.

I cannot imagine that they would do this...it would make no sense. Plus, they have no idea how healthy he is because they can't do a physical right now...not to mention, I believe he hasn't even been cleared to play again yet.
