Wow. Going to some lengths to prove that I don’t think Ron is a bad coach I just want to disagree with you. How adult like. Im sure I could find posts you made about players or coaches over the last ten years that seem to contradict your feelings a year later but i wont. Because I understand people can change their opinions or minds over time. Yes Matty I thought Ron was a pretty decent coach last year. Since than i have changed my mind. Shoot me.
Yeah it was really hard to go back a couple of pages to find that. I really don't care that we don't agree on what kind of coach he is. My problem is you sucking the life out of every conversation lately. |

Anyway, back to some football

Love this dude. Also, I gotta say Landon Collins has finally found his spot on the defense. Let Curl play SS…and lawd please can we finally get a free safety this off-season |

Not sure he is worth the money still but at least we are getting solid play for it. Totally agree. Curl at SS and get a damn FS. Maybe need a corner too and than I think our D can return to form. JDR gotta start being JDR too. If we cut Collins after the season do we save money? |

Our LB group needs serious upgrades
Speaking of cap and cuts Oh yeah, the cap relief with a post June 1 designation is too great to pass up. Eric Flowers is also 0 dead money hit with 10 million cap relief If you do both we could be around 76-79 million available Now that’s without Schreff, Flowers, Fitz, Collins…all starters who need to be replaced. And I think Leno too. So a lot of needs but opportunity to team build and retain Payne |
They have regressed. Plus the Eagles and Cowboys are better. When you play in a division like we did last year and get 6 games against bottom feeders i do not consider 7 wins some sort of rallying cry. Lol.
Everyone faced covid. Plenty had new coaches. Whatever im done getting beat up for thinking a guy with 8 OUT OF 11 SEASONS BEING LOSING ONES is not a good coach. He has two years. Hell ill give him 3. He will not turn it around. No way. Anyone wanna wager on him having a winning season with us by 2024 inbox me. Put your money where your mouth is. Lol.
$100 says he will have at least one winning season in the next 3. Loser makes a $100 donation to the winner's charity of choice. |

Re: WFT vs. the bye week thread
Apparently Rivera is not trying out any kickers during the bye week. Wants to stick with Blewitt and give him time. For what? To see if he can get enough air under the ball to clear the crossbar? Wow. How in the hell are u not trying out any kicker who will try out?
It's just unbelievable to me,the whole situation is.Only the Redskins, and I truly mean only, would sign a kicker that hasnt kicked in 4 years, sucked in college, and to top it off his name is Blewitt,WTF!!!!! Why would you even sign him to begin with! Makes no sense whatsoever. And now you're still going to keep him? We have to be tanking and Ron is in on it |

I wonder if Ron wishes he had last year.

We could have tanked with Hop. He sucked enough. The Blewitt move is just complete ineptitude. There is no way they should not be trying out kickers this week.
If that dude is simply the best kicker available than my 15 year old daughter is going to start kicking right now. Guarantee she can clear the defenders in 6 years. |

Ron is too busy with his evaluations, you know since he hasn't done any all year. He's got a lot of catching up to do. No time for holding kicker tryouts. ;) |

Lol. Blewitt is proof that evaluating is not a thing until the bye week. I still find it hard to believe that is his name every time i type it. Blewitt is kicking for the football team. [emoji1750] Far cry from Moseley huh? |
Re: WFT vs. the bye week thread
Really don't know why we didn't give Joey Slye a look. Big leg and he was 7/8 for SF on FGs. Seems like a no brainer.
