Man, Howell and EB…this is difference. Defense is good, but the defense was great last year and the year before last.
This is ALL about EB and Howell
EB emotion is palpable and contagious. I'm here for it. |
I just don’t understand the hate, guy a great rookie season, followed by a sophomore slump, terrible knee injury and all he gets is hate. When Trent Williams played here he was hurt a lot or suspended for stupid shit and he didn’t get this kind of hate. By the end of the season people will be loving him.
Chase is jag. Waste.of.#2 overall pick. |
Re: MILE HIGH THRILLER POST GAME
Nope. Nobody on this board is doing anything other than calling a spade a spade. Chase Young has had a lackluster and injury plagued career. More than underwhelming. Rivera has had way more losing seasons than winning ones. Those things are both true. Nobody wishes they were. Nobody is willing it to happen with their hatred. LOL.
We are not all fair-weather fans except for you. Anyone can scroll back and see you picking on the same people in the gameday thread. Eating crow after the fact doesn’t mean you didn’t. Stop trying to differentiate yourself from the rest of us. You say that “we” are so stubbornly set on hating that person that “we” wont let anything change our minds. Wtf have Ron or Chase or whoever you are referring to done that is deserving of us saying lock that mother fucker up for five more years! Please tell me if Im missing something that Ron Rivera or Chase Young has done, up until this point, that I should be singing their fucking praises for?
Guy has a major point Ruh, grab a seat we kept room for you. |

It was a contested catch and not a penalty. |

It was the same no call we lost to the Giants on last year. [emoji1630]

Re: MILE HIGH THRILLER POST GAME
gotta give these guys major credit. denver may not be a SB contender but denver is still a good team. and payton seemed to scheme up a good plan in that first half. russ looked like the old russ for a while. to be down 21-3 and win on the road w/ a young qb is a major accomplishment.
plenty to whine about but when you win on the road like that, we as fans just gotta enjoy this type of shit. not ready to crown sam, but we may have found our QB. |
Re: MILE HIGH THRILLER POST GAME
Watching the dap and celebrating after the go ahead touchdown by EB, players and coaching staff
That was the moment folks. Anyone complaining about being EB being too hard or tough in preseason/practice…that’s gone. Everyone believes now, that moment has legitimized the approach. Resilient and tough…execution excellence |
I haven't looked, but I can imagine the gameday thread during the game must have been a heckuva rollercoaster ride!
2-0 is a good start.
I had us getting blown once it was 21-3 we were playing like crap and looked slow and confused.. anybody that says we were gonna win down 21-3 is telling a fib😀.. Jamin Davis forced fumble that could have been a facemask turned the game around .. we got lucky on several penalties that went our way .. oh I’m happy we won BUT this is not gonna work every week … let’s see if RON can get this team off to better starts .. I’m not saying we should be perfect but we can’t go down 21 to bad teams then decide to play … |

Yup. We are not negative because we aren’t happy with struggling against bad teams. This team has a quarterback and an OC that are providing us with serious hope for the future. You are 100 percent right Rik. This kind of play is not sustainable against good teams. But this is the new owners first year and he had zero to do with this past offseason. Going forward the guy has a boatload of cap space, a QB, an OC, weapons out the wazoo, and one of the best dlines in football. Give him an offseason to spend and another draft and we are going to be a damn good team. I just think that next year is the year. Pretty sure that would constitute real positivity and keeping it real. Been saying for a while the most important thing this year is seeing Sam grow and become our quarterback of the future. We are watching it happen. |

They made an effort yesterday. And chase is a waste until consistently proven otherwise. |
