Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Colt? wow
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
why dont they run a shotgun with 30 sec left?
Is Zorn paranoid of shotgun? |
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Looks like zorn is taking this preseason alil to hard. Welcome to being the man for an nfl franchise!
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Well Thomas isn't doing much to impress me.
devin thomas on that KO is SOOOO tenative...he looks like a 5th rounder...man he is sucking....
I don't quite share your sky is falling mentality, but I will agree that Devin Thomas looks WAY too scared on KO returns. You gotta slam it up in there or let someone else do it. As soon he gets close to contact he cringes up. |
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Maybe Devin Thomas knows hes on the team but dont wanna really do much to risk hurting himself
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Gregg Williams sending a safety blitz, and Brennan is sacked by Preilou, a former skin, to end another bad half. Fitting.

Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Tell you the truth ,,, I just hope we can become a great running team , and play some physical dominant Defense .
I dont think Zorn realizes that the skins ARE a great running team...he is ignoring that and he is only focussing on the pass....perhaps that is because they need to practice...I sure hope he runs more in the first month cause his Olineman sure dont like going backwards in pass protection the majority of the time |
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Good for Pierson Prioleau.

If that's true then we drafted the wrong guy. |

Yeah he's got to accept that losses are going to happen and you can't panic, especially not when you lose a preseason game. You have to press on. |
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
If that's true then we drafted the wrong guy.
That's why we drafted two of them. |
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Bench Campbell and play Colt. He seems to understand the pace of Zorn's offense better. What the hell...give Colt a year to get his bumps and bruises....ok, that is pure fantasy but I just had to say it. I am really frustrated with what I am seeing.
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
I think these guys are just tired of playing preseason games
|

Lol. Easy Billy. This is gonna take time whoever is at QB--We've got to be patient. Which means things are going to be frustrating for a while, I bet. |

I really do hope that this is the case. No doubt they're going to have a bad taste in their mouth again this week. |
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Half time is boring . This locker room is dirty ,,, much worse than the one we had at U of Hawaii ,,,,, WHAT ,,,,, I'am going to start next week at NY ,,,,, YAAAAA!!!!!!
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
wow we scored at halftime .. they showed the score as 26-17 or 27-16 or something like that
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
I think these guys are just tired of playing preseason games
Why can't they just play lights out like professionals and be tired of the preseason? |
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
We want Malcolm! We want Malcolm!
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
3 and out to start second half jeesh
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
3 and out. Lame.
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Good punt--no coverage. Jesus. Can't we do ANYTHING right?
|

I think he is more frustrated with missed assignments, tackles, lousy timing, etc, etc |
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Good punt--no coverage. Jesus. Can't we do ANYTHING right?
It's not really a good punt because there is no hang time. |
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
No holding???
|

I firgure we're due for an 8-8 or 9-7 season with on the job training for Campbell, I just hope we draft the hell out of some linemen next year especially on the offensive side of the ball... |
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Bout time. (Tyron beat again...)
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread

|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Big hit by horton.
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
I didn't think that a corner could be worse than Torrence but Tryon has made his case...
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
won't count, but nice hit by horton
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
jeesh we hold them but get a penalty to give them a second chance watch them make the 3rd now.
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Nice rush from E. James and C. Wilson ,,,, nice hit by Horton .
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
horton nailed that dude
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
nice hit by hamilton
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
hamilton timed that bilitz perfectly
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Hamilton will make 53 iyam
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
Balls been on the ground several times and we haven't got em.
|
Re: Redskins vs. Jaguars Thread
I just hope Zorn realizes that we're going to need to run to set up the pass and not the other way around. All the great WCO QBs say it takes 2-3 years to really master the system. I think Zorn is being impatient and trying to force the O to find rhythm. Nothing like some solid runs to establish pace/tempo.
