we dont have a 3rd and no way in hell are we trading anymore picks this year so to get aso, AH would have to be invovled
i know AH is a beast at DT but he has no interest to play in the 3-4 and we just paid his fat ass 21 mil and he wont even show up to workouts. shanny wants his leaders there. also with AH getting paid only 16 mil the next 3 seasons and in his prime a bunch of teams should be in line and calling the skins
No way in hell!?!? Hello!?!? We already lost our second. George allen, with the original 'over the hill gang' gave up all of our drafts but one... ONE!!!! and we TRADED the guy that we DID draft before he even got a Redskins JERSEY in his size!!! What makes you think we won't go near that route again? we already are pulling in like what, 8, 10 people sp far and only ONE of them is under 30. Whatever draft picks we got, don't be suprised if they go and more older players come in. Not saying that it's bad, because it worked back then and all... but under that mindset, sending JC and some picks would benefit both teams. JC is an upgrade over their crappy qbs and Aso is an upgrade over EVERYONE but maybe Hall on our secondary. As for the ONE YEAR he was a Raider, he played 8 games and got 3 picks. He didnt' fit in to their system. A system that even Jason Campbell could cut through... The less you like JC, the more sense that sentence should make. Anyway, hall works well in our system and im sure Aso would excell as well. |

Jason Capbell to the Raiders for their 3rd rounder (69) Trade the 7th overall to San Fran for their 17th overall and their 2nd rounder (49th). Overall, these oves would give us the following draft picks for Draft weekend. 1 (4) - Okung LT 1 (17) - To Denver for B. Marshall WR 2 (49) - J. Veldheer RT 3 (69) - J. Asaoah G 3 (71) - T. Troup NT 3 (85) - J. Dwyer RB It might be tough for the first year, but with veterans at the Center and LG positions, our line would be great after one year, and a definite upgrade right away. I could also see Troup and Keo rotating in at the NT position. Dwyer gives us our young RB. And of course one of the top 5 WR's in the gae under Shanahans tutelage. All the trades look possible, and everybody would be happy. :) |

Hello!?! Can't you read? If we are going the route of the original 'Over the Hill Gang' then what you call 'crazy' will be reality. Once again, check the Redskins website! It's right there! We traded ALL BUT ONE PICK under George Allen's first year and TRADED the one guy we DID draft. It's not far fetched to say we may go that route again. we are already bringing in a ton of 30 years old or older players. You don't think it's gonna be a 'like father like son' situation? His father is half the reason we GOT the guy to be the GM. Hiring experienced players and trading draft picks is a 'familty tradition' that ended in NO SEASONS UNDER 500% and several playoff games!!! As for trading Andre Carter and Haynesworh and so on... WHY!?!?! Why get rid of the parts of our team THAT ACTUALY WORKED LAST YEAR! hey, let's trade Orakpo too! Lets trade London and DeAngelo too. As a matter of fact, lets jsut trade our whole defense to the Browns... except for Carlos Rogers! We gotta re-sign him and double his old contract! Hey, if we are trading the guys that did well, we might as well re-hire the screw-ups! |

Just because they traded picks for McNabb doesnt mean there going to trade every pick. Are you stupid or something or just have a hard time understanding that Carter and AH do not fit into the 3-4. Carter was terrible in it in sanfran and AH has made it well known that he doesnt want to play in it:bdh: |

Holy crap! We got Bruce Allen. DUH! Of COURSE we got Bruce Allen! What a pointless thing to say. Oh, and if i was 'stupid', i would give up a guy who just got 11 sacks just because he didn't do well in another team. I guess we should drop Hall. He didn't do well in oakland. Santana didn't do well as a Jet, lets get rid of him too! I KNOW you must be dying to get rid of Rex Grossman. Phillip Buchannon needs to go too! He didn't get any picks at ALL last year. Why did we ever get Sellers back from Cleveland? He didn't do JACK for them (just for laughs). I guess it was dumb for the patriots to get Randy Moss since he was crappy for the Raiders. It was stupid to sign a fouth string loser like Wes Welker who was barely a footnote in Miami's offense. Yeah, a player's stats has NOTHING to do with the team he is on or how he is being used. Second of all, the #2 pick trade for McNabb was not the only move i used as a reason to expect more picks to be traded and more older players to be brought it. To read into what i said in such a peripheral way was is just childish. It's also silly to think losing a number 2 is not a big deal. The two basic premises to the mind set behind the "Over The Hill Gang" is trading picks for veterans and dropping less proven players for veterans. So far, if that's not what you think is going on, then you aren't paying attention. Oh, and adding silly animations really helps prove your point. Real mature. |

If the Browns fall for that they are complete idiots. |
